My 11 yr old broke her tooth late Thursday night. I called quite a few local dentist Friday morning and no one had availability or wasn’t open. I called North Alabama Dental, the lady who answered my call, was absolutely wonderful, I explained what happened, she put me on a very brief hold, came back and let me know they would see my daughter at 10:30. When we got there Ashlea (I wish I could remember how she spelled her name) greeted Vivien before we even introduced ourselves! We signed in, and our dental assistant (please forgive me for not remembering names) was right there to take Vivien back. She was soooo sweet and kind, and professional. She had us laughing and explained everything that we were looking at on the X-rays. Dr. James came in, examined the tooth, and let us know it would be an easy extraction. Dr. James himself was so kind, great with kids! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this office! We will be making them our primary dental office, it’s worth the drive! I worked in healthcare for 16 years, to have an office fully staffed with high energy, positive attitudes, and kindness is such a blessing!

This is the best dentist I have every gone too!!! I got my appointments mixed up in my head and they still worked me in for the root canal that I needed and did so extremely quickly. The staff are all super sweet and extremely helpful. Dr. Duncan is so nice and will answer any questions and actually cares about you!!!

The entire staff was so nice and welcoming. The hygienist Sammi was nice and explained everything well. She did a great job. Dr. Gourlay was kind and also explained everything well. I have already recommended them to friends.

I really appreciate the detailed explanation and pictures taken that shows me what work needs to be done. The advice given was very practical and easy to understand.
And I've never been in a friendlier office! All the staff made it a pleasure to come in - thank you!

She is very Nice, Gentle and explains everything so well.

The staff is so Friendly and very helpful......
