Absolutely amazing staff! From the front desk to the doctors to the assistants all were absolutely amazing and very helpful. Any questions or concerns I had they helped keep me at ease. I really am happy with choosing them for my dental work. If I could rave more about the awesome staff I would! The place is easy to find and make appointments too. Overall super happy and smiling again! Thank yall so much for all that you do!

Thank you for taking such good care of my teeth. You always take time to listen to me and clearly explain everything. I feel confident and comfortable during my visits. I truly appreciate the cleaning and follow-up care!

I could write an entire book on the unethical practices and lack of customer service from this facility, both dental and orthodontic. My family has had its last "issue" and have sought care elsewhere. I have been a victim of their price gouging multiple times, but I am putting my foot down this time. There are a lot of dentist and orthodontists in the area, I would suggest looking elsewhere if you want quality and compassionate care. Don't settle for average dental services when you can get exceptional care elsewhere for a fraction of the cost and with less headaches.

Very friendly staff and a dental team that is excellent at what they do! I also found a better price here for my night guard than at other dental practices. Happy to return in 6 months! Edit: I stand by what I said about how friendly the staff is. They are very kind and they do their best to help! But the dental hygienist did mislead me on what I would pay for the nightguard and the office came back 2 months later and told me I still owed $100 because my insurance didn’t cover the service after all. I saw other reviews that claimed similar issues like this, and I now believe them. The night guard (only one for the top row of teeth) also covers my wisdom tooth and bumps into my bottom gum whenever I wear it and is pretty painful compared to the last one I had from a different office. So I’m not very pleased in the aftermath of the visit, but I will say the front office did what they could to help me figure out the situation.

I feel obligated to warn anyone considering this place — PLEASE be careful. I’m adding my experience because my crown also came out, and it was absolutely due to poor workmanship. From day one, the crown didn’t feel right. It wasn’t smooth, it cut my gums, and I kept mentioning it. After years of dealing with it and flossing around it, it finally came loose and fell out. But what really pushed me over the edge was what happened when I called about the warranty. First, I was told crowns are usually covered for about 5 years. After they put me on hold and “checked my records,” suddenly it became only 3 years — and wouldn’t you know it, I’m just barely past that. Now they’re under new management, and the dentist who messed up my crown doesn’t even work there anymore. And instead of standing by their work as a company, they told me I’d have to pay out of pocket for someone else to fix the mistake THEIR employee made. This is not how you treat patients. This is not how a dental office should operate. Please think twice before trusting them with something as important as your teeth.
