First, the office environment is clean and nicely up to date. The staff is friendly and courteous and on time. They explain everything to me and will write down what is to be done in the future. Dr Tam and her staff give you great eye contact with sincerity. Thank you!

Dr. Tam and the staff are extremely wonderful and so accommodating. I had an perio maintenance appointment and was arriving late. I called them ahead of time, they were able to take me in and was always so pleasant. I also had gum grafting surgery a few months ago, and Dr. Tam and her assistant was so kind, caring, and professional. They made the experience as comfortable as possible, and I’m very grateful. My visit to this office is always positive and I highly recommend North Bay Periodontics. Their new office is also state of the art!

I’ve had a thorough initial evaluation, multiple cleanings and two gum grafts over the last year or two. I always feel very well taken care of and valued as a patient. I choose to drive 45 minutes to this office instead of seeing someone in my area because of the excellent care I receive from Dr. Tam, the hygienists, and front/back office staff. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough.

I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months. I’ve been going here for over 20 years. The staff and the hygienist have always been very professional. I have always had excellent care from everyone at North Bay Periodontics.

I have had a debilitating fear of dentists for years (which is why I need a periodontist now) but I’ve never felt so comfortable and safe than in Dr. Tams office. The entire staff is 10/10.
