I had an amazing experience at this clinic and want to commend the entire team. I was experiencing jaw pain on the left side and initially thought it was a TMJ problem. My dentist referred me here since they don’t handle wisdom teeth issues.
From the very first call, Arabelli Rodriguez was incredible. I explained my situation honestly, and without any judgment or hesitation, she was able to schedule a SAME-DAY evaluation. I came in after lunch and met Dr. Ian McDonald, who patiently explained everything—the pros and cons of having my wisdom teeth extracted immediately, especially since I had an international trip coming up in just 7 days. After some back and forth, I decided to go ahead the next day, and they accommodated me without issue.
The extraction itself was quick and smooth—just about an hour. The dental assistants were friendly, professional, and reassuring throughout the process. Later that evening, I even received a private follow-up call from Dr. McDonald himself, which I truly appreciated—this level of care is rare these days.
I also want to give a shout-out to Anahi from billing and the dental assistants for making the entire experience seamless.
If you’re looking for a clinic that is professional, compassionate, and truly patient-focused, I highly recommend this team. They made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable and comfortable.

I had the pleasure of being under the care of Dr. McDonald and Nicole for my wisdom tooth removal. They were very professional, caring, and gentle. Nothing but good things to say about the majority of their staff.
Huge shout out to Dr. Thompson who helped me during the weekend of November 1st, as the on call doctor. He got the prescription for my antibiotics sent over to my pharmacy asap!

I had a really great experience with Dr Gibbs here at NCOFSC. I unexpectedly had to have a tooth removed and I was dreading it for all the obvious reasons. Dr Gibbs explained everything so well, answered all of my many questions, and the procedure went really well. He even called and checked up on me after the procedure to make sure I was doing ok.
Would highly recommend him to anyone needing treatment.

I had Dr. Soelberg as my oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth extraction. His team made sure that I was at ease before anesthesia. I was also glad that he was able to assess my mouth after surgery since I was concerned about infection. He is very sweet and my mouth is officially healed too!

I've been going to the best dentist I've ever known, Dr. Rob McLachlan. He referred me to Dr. Andrus for implant surgery. Dr.Andrus is excellent as is the entire staff of NCOFSC in Escondido on Grand Ave. Can you believe they had a Thanksgiving bouquet 💐 delivered to my home?! I AM THANKFUL for the EXCELLENT CARE from Dr. McLachlan of North County Prostidontics and Dr. Andrus of NCOFSC.
