If I could write 0 stars or less than zero Stars that's what I would rate this. The doctor saw my husband pulled on his tooth and then broke it off at the gums and said sorry see the oral surgeon. That is the worst service I've ever seen. I don't know how this woman has her license to practice. This will be pursued because what kind of medical service is that? What sort of doctor is that I don't think that's a good doctor. I will never ever go back and we will never ever ever suggest that someone should go there. I cannot believe the audacity of this so-called doctor. DO NOT GO THERE!!! "Dr" Burchfield is awful
Tried to call to get my husband some pain management since they sent him home in more pain than he had come in with, I've been left in hold for 2 hours and finally I had to hang up. They won't even help or answer the phone.

I’ll start this review with the initial call to see if I could be seen. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Tiana. She was super nice on the phone completely helped me out. I got in the next day for a consult. Previous to my visit I cut my finger really bad stop the bleeding so I put a Band-Aid on. I drove 53 minutes to see this Dentist .(completely worth it.) once I got to the dentist, my finger had opened up and was bleeding. I had nothing to clean it up. I went in and went to the window and who was there, Tiana told her my name and appointment time and I had to use a restroom to clean up the blood in my hand, she was completely awesome and got antibiotics and a bandage and personally addressed my finger. Absolutely not her job description but she was super cool about wrapping my finger Now the dentist Melissa Laite was super nice and will take care of me if you need a dentist this is a great place to go

I called in for an emergency dental appt and was in the next morning. Ive always had a fear of dentist offices but the Dr. was really awesome at easing that. My 2 children have also been seen here and they both absolutely loved it. The hygienist was super sweet with them both and they're looking forward to their next visit. I would absolutely recommend this office to any of my friends.

These people are crooks. I specifically asked for the billing claim number so I could get pre-approval from my insurance but when they filled the claim they submitted something different which wasn't the procedure that was done and it was submitted by someone outside the network despite being assured that they were. I haven't been back since September but they just submitted a new bill for a visit that was never made. I've tried contacting them several times but all I get are run arounds and told someone will contact me.Its been months and no one has.

This place is really bad. The receptionist TIANA) lied about calling me earlier to cancel my appointment. She said that my number was wrong on the system and that is a lie because I always received text messages confirmation for appointment that they send to my cell phone. She give me a new appointment for two months later and she said that she don’t even supposed to schedule me, like she was doing me a favor, after I drove 30 minutes from Fort Walton to Crestview for an appointment that they supposed to cancel because the doctor was not at the office, the receptionist was rude with an actitud. I do read others reviews here and another person mentioned the same experience with the receptionist ( TIANA)for Crestview Dental Center.
