My wisdom teeth removal itself was successful and the healing process was easy. But it was a very scary, horrible, and traumatizing experience. (And of course, very expensive.) The women staff tried their best at comforting and were the kindest part of the experience. Compared to the other reviews, I sadly had a very unempathetic and terrifying time with Dr. Farrell while getting my IV in and putting me under. He seemed annoyed and uncaring at my exteme fear & anxiety. His first two failed IV attempts were extremely painful, which caused me to start having an anxiety attack, and which he then told the nurses to "hold her down because shes going to freak out" before trying the IV again... which hearing that freaked me out more! Luckily I don't remember the rest of the procedure. It's been 9 months post op and I still hate thinking about how scary and uncaring it felt. Please give your patients more empathy and patience. The experience has made me never want to see a healthcare professional again. I do not recommended Dr. Farrell to anyone with extreme anxiety.

The office staff is incredible. Every time I had a question about my procedures, they promptly and efficiently handled it. The medical staff has the same pleasant helpful demeanor each time I visit. Dr Farrell was outstanding. He was informative through each step of my. procedures, always asking how I was doing and explaining what he was doing for me.. As kind and as proficient as he and his staff were, hopefully I will not have a need to return, but if I ever need an oral surgeon, they will be my first choice!

I went in for my wisdom teeth removal feeling extremely nervous, but Dr. Farrell and his team immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone was kind, informative, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. They were also very accommodating with my schedule and made sure I knew exactly what to expect during recovery. I truly felt well taken care of from start to finish. I’m very grateful for this practice and highly recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery.

Dr. Farrell and his staff are amazing. They listened to my concerns regarding dental anxiety. As a team, they made sure I felt comfortable and explained the procedure very well before beginning. After the procedure Dr. Farrell checked on me to make sure I was okay and to make sure I understood my aftercare. I highly recommend North Florida oral & facial Surgery.

Called yesterday for an appointment asap. They said they would work me in today. My appointment was after 3. The doctor decided to do a ct scan. How cool to watch him look at it in front of you. He then proceeds to tell me that he needs to remove a tooth and that he normally doesn’t do surgery in the afternoon/evening time. Guess what… he did it anyways. I had driven an hour to see him. He also could tell the problem I was having and the pain I was in. Thanks Dr Thomas Farrell for the customer care you showed and provided. Thanks to your staff for being so nice and understanding!! Great job!! 10 stars not 5!!
