North Mankato Family Dentistry is now my go to dental office. The information gained give complete understanding of what is happening in real time with no wondering why or how and what was completed. I am not sure if treatments are priced better here or not. I was cared for in a welcoming way and the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. This office is a blessing to me!

This was an amazing experience. I needed an extraction and had called around the area looking for someone to help. North Mankato Dentistry got me in as soon as possible and did a wonderful job explaining the procedure. They were up front with all the costs right from the beginning so there were no surprise bills. I highly recommend visiting this office for any dental needs. They are compassionate and knowledgeable about whatnot is they do. A very family friendly vibe.

I needed an emergency tooth extraction yesterday after several days of on and off pain. Do ya know how hard it is to get an emergency tooth extraction on a regular day, let alone on the morning of Christmas Eve? Everyone else was closed, but these guys weren't. They got me in immediately. It was a Christmas miracle 😁 Now the first time I ever had a tooth pulled, it was at a different clinic, and the doctor must have spent 20 minutes pushing my tooth around before getting it. Doctor Shuck, though... she knew what she was doing, and got everything out quick and painless. Must have done the first tooth in less than 3, and the second, which was a bit more complicated to reach, done in 5. I think it took more time for the anesthetic to kick in than it did to actually remove the offending molars. It is now the next day, and everything is healing up nicely, and they answered all my questions in great detail concerning after-care. Im definitely coming back for a more generalized exam, and Im definitely grateful for these folks making time to see me during what is otherwise a difficult time to get anything done. Staff at the front desk is friendly and professional, enjoyed chatting with them on the phone and in person. Offices are clean and orderly. Equipment is modern. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dental work. Would leave extra stars if I could.

After bad experiences elsewhere, I was hesitant to start dental treatment again. Dr. Flack and his staff completely changed that. I’ve had routine dental work here, I'm also 3 months into Invisalign, and the care has been excellent. The team is professional, welcoming, and thorough. Highly recommend!

Let’s be honest. After we get our adult teeth, it is just a losing battle. This battle is called life. Life is a fatal, sexually transmitted disease after all! Nevertheless, having your teeth fall out is quite unpleasant. It also looks pretty bad. Accordingly, I want to thank Dr. Flack and his team for saving my tooth. I now have a beautiful ceramic crown, which looks terrific. I anticipate it will work well for many steak dinners to come. I had worn through a prior gold crown and I think there was starting to develop an infection. I was encouraged by Christy the manager. She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Nicole, my hygienist is also thorough and pleasant and capable. During the actual crown procedure, Rita and Danielle were both flawless assistants. I’m not sure how anything could’ve been improved. I believe I am, admittedly, a potentially difficult patient so I really appreciate their time and good work. I am also a physician, so I can appreciate the difficulties of dealing with chronic disease and apprehensive patients. Potential pain was very well managed. Overall excellent experience and I recommend this practice without reservations. Apologies if this review is a “mouthful“!
