Had a really great experience here getting my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Williams was awesome. He was super friendly and took the time to explain everything to me after my X-rays and before the surgery, which definitely made me feel a lot more comfortable going into it. He was very informative and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He even came back afterward to let me know how everything went.
The whole process was honestly really smooth. One thing I especially appreciated was that they gave me a pretty accurate estimate of what I would owe after insurance about a week before the surgery. It gave me time to plan for the cost, and there were no surprise bills or unexpected charges when I got there.
Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional, and overall they made something I definitely wasn’t looking forward to about as easy and stress-free as it could’ve been. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Williams and North Mississippi Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates!

We had a great experience here. My daughter had to get all of her wisdom teeth removed and they were very nice and patient with us. Dr. West and the nurses were very informative and made sure we knew what to expect. We were in and out with no complications. They were also available for any questions after the procedure. Definitely recommend this location for any type of oral surgery.

So I was recommended here by my dentist because I had an infected wisdom tooth that absolutely would not get numb...I filled out my paperwork online then went in on a Wednesday and had no problems with anything...the dental assistants were very nice, courteous,and professional. Dr. West called me in the office and briefed me and asked me some questions and come to find out I needed a couple more teeth pulled also...they were added in at the very last minute and the extra cost was as normal...All I know is I went to sleep talking to the assistant and woke up talking to her like it didn't even happen....over all this was a much needed and wonderful experience!!! These people were great!!!

I had both upper wisdom teeth extracted after coming in a few years ago. Everything went fine. Dr. West , the nurses and front staff were great. They were very comforting when I told them about the recent death of my husband. Excellent customer service, professionalism, and caring attitudes. Recovering well with no problems. I thank the Lord for sending me to North Mississippi Oral and Maxillofacial Services.

Everyone was amazing....from the reception area to the doctor visit. Will West was the best.
Update: We were told to be at the office at 10:30 for my grandson's appointment. He was scheduled to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed. This is a 30 eminute procedure. We arrived at 10:15 and we left at 1:30 pm. We were told Dr.West had two emergencies in the office that morning. Okay. I'm okay with that. Stuff happens. After my grandson's surgery was over he was placed in a recovery area. The nurse there was great. It is usually customary for the doctor to do a consultation with the family member before discharged. He told the nurse to send us on, he was busy. On a better note: my grandson is doing great! But, we felt very disrespected.
