Ive had a total of 7 teeth extracted (all being awake) in my life so far, the last 2 being done here and its the ONLY time I've ever thanked someone after removing a tooth. Both times were so quick and painless it just blows my mind. In and out in about an hour. Tooth came out in under 5 minutes. (Dr. Faigen) IF YOU'RE NEEDING A TOOTH PULLED THIS IS YOUR PLACE ! :)

NPOS facility is very convenient to access in Natrona Heights. Oral Surgeon, Wayne Roccia, is exceptional in his field, professional and a very nice person. He explains the procedure in detail and keeps you informed during the process. His assistants make the procedure smooth and review the pre/post surgery information in depth.The Staff is very professional and helpful. My experience was very positive, and I highly recommend Dr. Roccia @ NPOS for oral surgery. 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have had a few bad experiences with a past doctor and getting a tooth pulled. That was not my experience here, from the time I got there I was made to feel at ease and when called back the assistant was very calming. Dr. Singh was great and the tooth was out in a matter of honestly maybe 2-3 minutes. It took more time to get numb than for the tooth to be removed. And the only pain I felt was the quick prick from the needle of Novocain. Dr. Singh also was great with my anxiety, he made sure to talk to me throughout and let me know what he was doing. I would go back 100% and definitely would recommend!!! Thanks Dr. Singh, Jess, Sarah and the rest of NPOS for making the experience less painful❤️ ~Shannon M.~

Dr. Singh is amazing! He has a bedside manner that put me at ease. He explained the process clearly and made sure that I was ok during the process. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I am thankful that I chose Dr. Singh for my oral surgeon.

*Best Experience With A Doctor In Years* I was referred to North Pittsburgh Oral Surgery by my Dentist for wisdom teeth extraction. I was greeted by pleasant and professional staff. Dr. Roccia introduced himself, asked questions, not only about the dental issues that brought me to his practice, but also about general health, job, hobbies, etc. It was such a pleasant conversation that I didn't realize he was gaining insight to make an informed diagnosis. He then explained in understandable terms what I was experiencing. What a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend Dr. Roccia. Thank you!
