Worse experience I ever had with any business in my 61 years.
First, I tried calling them multiple times after my Dentist recommended them for two dental implants. I called during business hours and the operator directed my call to the location in Cranberry and then I was abruptly disconnected. I attempted this a few more times before I was able to at least leave a message but I never received a call back. I finally had leave work early a physically stop in a make an appointment.
Prior to the appointment I spent at least 30 minutes filling out paperwork only to have more paperwork once I arrived.
During the appointment I was taken back and they did a panoramic X-ray. Then I waited and the doctor arrived. Put his fingers in my mouth for a few seconds and then proceeded to rattle off how the procedure would go. Then they gave me the full cost, made my appointment to start the process. After all this I thought I should get a second opinion and called another oral surgeon. They requested that if I had any previous X-rays or scans I should bring them with me. I call the office and requested the X-rays. Once they knew they were for another surgeon they gave me a lengthy process to get them. FINALLY on the day of my appointment with the new surgeon I was allowed to pick up a copy of the X-ray to take with me. They mentioned the first time I called that this would be on a flash drive. What they gave me was an envelope. In the envelope was a literal photo copy of the X-ray on paper. TOTALLY USELESS.
The new oral surgeon was fabulous and had a good laugh when I handed them the paper copy of the X-ray.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. I will also be looking for a new dentist for even recommending them to me.

Dr. Singh and his team were very thorough. We discussed all possible options for the 4+ teeth I needed to have removed. I was given time to consider options and make an informed decision. On surgery day, I felt comfortable and well cared for by the team. I would absolutely go back for any future oral surgery.

Probably one of the most professional and caring office I have ever been too. Everything was overly explained and every single person in the office seemed to care about all of my questions and needs! Received a call hours after leaving from the doctor himself to check on me too!
