I think you folks over rely on text messaging. My hygenist was wonderful. I have several cavities to fill i i was surprised i didnt have any actual repair instead of just a cleaning. Meanwhile my cavities get worse. I had planned to see of there was another general dentist beside dr. Lamb. I didnt really feel very comforatable with his bedside manner. It appeared as though dr. Lamb either doesnt speak english well or he just shakes his head yes and ignores what you are saying. I dont like that. So i didnt get any active cavities taken care of which i find strange. I honestly dont really feel dr. Lamb has built any long term stratedgy for my care. He did fill one filling last time. I found it a very uncomfortable process. I asked for gas several times and he just ignored me. He filled a cavity with a very ruff material and did not polish it. The repair feels below standard. It felt like 3rd world quality dentistry. I have top of the line insurence also. So i dont need to skimp on my services. I actually prefer nice high quality denistry work. After my last visit i thought i might seek out an alternative dentist. I have nothing but praise for the staff and dr. Bernie. Dr.lamb. not so much. I told him i wanted no crowns or root canals but when i schedualed my next appointment they were for crowns. I feel dr. Lamb doesnt listen. Or doesnt understand what im saying. I am only bothering to type this out because i hope he might do things differently i suspect im not the only one saying this. I have another appointment already made and i thought id try one more time. This is just how i feel .

I highly recommend this dentist and the entire office. Everyone is friendly and professional. I recently got new crowns on my top front teeth, and I really appreciated Dr. Pham’s precision and attention to detail when making decisions about them. They look beautiful! My pain was very manageable, and the staff was kind and caring throughout the entire process. I’m looking forward to getting more work done here to complete my smile.

We scheduled a visit solely for retainer replacement and paid $625 out of pocket. When booking the appointment, we were told the exam should be covered by insurance. After the visit, we were billed an additional $56.80 for a limited exam that consisted of a very brief visual check by the dentist. Despite the misunderstanding at scheduling and the significant out-of-pocket payment, management refused to waive the charge as a courtesy. As a result, this office lost our family’s ongoing dental care over a $56 fee that could have been easily resolved. We canceled future appointments and will be seeking care elsewhere. I strongly recommend confirming exact billing codes and out-of-pocket costs in writing before scheduling.

The level of professionalism, care and compassion in both Dr. Pham and Dr. Burne and their fantastic staff was outstanding. Recently having moved from out of state and finding myself with a dental emergency they took care of me quickly and efficiently explaining all options and making me immediately feel comfortable, the staff all coordinated and got along so well. I have found my new dentist and would highly recommend.

Went in at 930 for severe tooth pain in a rotten back wisdom teeth that was broken at the gum. Was out by 1045.. just be smart, take a ride up there, fast the night before and don't take any blood thinners. The entire office staff was great and had an excellent sense of humor. Absolutely impressed and satisfied. You've got yourself an established customer. Thank you!
