My husband had a appointment at 8:00a was first in the building. Watched 7 patients called back. I understand appointment types could makes a difference. But dont make it so obvious. I am in the dental care as well. I strive to make sure my staff keeps patients informed on the delay on check-in. Patient Service not so great. And not to forget they tried to charge 2K over quote, pretending secondary insurance was not added. Over head another patient not agreeing with bill also. When was quoted a different price in consultation.

Today鈥檚 visit was for a cleaning. Meghan was my hygienist. She is great- just the right balance of efficiency and warmth I鈥檝e never had a bad experience at Northriver in the 15-20 years I have been going there. Dr McBrayer and Dr Strever are the best.

I was referred to North River Periodontics by my dentist to manage some significant issues with my gums - I can't say enough good things about the people there and my experience thus far.
Dr. McBrayer, his hygienist Christina, and their office and financial staff were warm, thorough, professional, and friendly.
The clinical care was excellent - gentle and reassuring throughout the entire process. All of the questions and concerns I had (clinical, financial, scheduling) were addressed in a very comprehensive and patient manner. I can't recommend them enough!

I love coming to North River Periodontics & Implants. Every one always welcomes you. The staff are amazing.Michelle, Melissa, or Brandi great you when you come in. Jamie will help you with a treatment plan.Great assistants: Shannon, Sherry, Dondra, etc.

I would like to say that I鈥檝e been going to see Dr. McBrayer for a lot of years. This is like a big family. The staff is a group of fantastic employees, from Shannon, Angie, Jamie , just a few to mention, they are all wonderfull employees. The atmosphere in the office is great. I highly recommend Dr McBrayer and his staff. You want be disappointed.
