North Roanoke Dental has the most polite, friendly, caring, and professional staff imaginable. I have never seen such a well-balanced staff. Everyone is very personable, and you can tell that they treat each other and their patients like family.
Dr. Rhodes is a top-notch dentist. He genuinely cares about his patients, is warm and personable, and clearly has the respect of his staff. North Roanoke Dental was recommended to me some five years ago, and I am truly grateful that they did. They have my business for life.

Dr. Rhodes is amazing! Patient & thorough, he went over all my options & was just very personable. He gave me hope where I was originally told there was none, im so grateful to have found his office!

I just love going to the office. Most people dread the dentist but not here everyone is so nice and like family there. Even when I had lots of really complicated issues Dr. Rhodes never stop working until he had everything perfect. I can honestly say I have never left disappointed. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Rhodes and his staff. Shannon is a wonderful person and an exceptional choice for his staff. She makes you laugh and is so down to earth and her work ethic is Impeccable. Thanks to my dental team I have an amazing smile and I know I wouldn’t have got that from anywhere else.

I've been to a lot of dental offices over the years, but North Roanoke Dental Associates is something special. From the second you walk in, Morgan at the front desk makes you feel right at home! She's so funny, and instantly puts you at ease. Ashley (the office manager) never forgets a face, which says a lot about the kind of personal attention this practice gives every patient. Danielle is a fantastic hygienist, and Dr. Rhodes is simply the best. You can tell the whole staff genuinely enjoys working together, and that energy carries over into every part of your visit. Highly recommend!

Great experience every time I go there! The whole staff is so kind and so helpful. Dr. Rhodes is absolutely the best! Always listens and cares, and always willing to help anyway he can! Best dental office, hands down. Highly recommend, you will be so pleased! So grateful to them for all the dental work I have received there!
