As a new patient and retired dental hygiene educator for over forty years, I am so impressed with the friendly atmosphere, excellent communication from all staff, latest dental technology, obvious teamwork, and professional competence that focused on my individual needs. From the first minute I arrived, Katie made me feel welcomed and guided me through the process of becoming a patient. Next, Annie, the New Patient Coordinator, provided appropriate paperwork, set up my appointment, listened well and answered my questions. They both made a super team and gave me a positive first impression of the practice. At my appointment the next morning, Daisy (Dental Assistant) was excellent about explaining each step she was doing, while carefully performing her tasks with caring and competence. I was amazed at some of the new technology used that provided clear pictures and X-rays for Dr. Tran to use in her evaluation and treatment plan for me! Dr. Tran was so thorough in showing me problem areas and made reasonable recommendations to address these areas. I really appreciated her calm, personal, and professional demeanor. Finally, I met with the Alisha, Financial Coordinator, who explained every step of the my treatment plan with a breakdown of costs and insurance. She was so caring and helpful that I actually enjoyed it! Based on my knowledge and personal experience, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NORTH TEXAS DENTAL to anyone who values excellent dental care!

I was greeted with the happiest friendliest team. It was my first time at the practice. I felt welcomed. The team made me feel comfortable straight away.
The procedures were explained very clearly and professionally. My questions were answered in a caring manner.

I can't say enough good things about North Dental Texas! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued. The entire team is incredibly professional and their attention to detail is remarkable. They truly go above and beyond to ensure every patient feels comfortable and receives the best possible care.
I especially want to commend Jennifer for her exceptional service. She was so accommodating and made sure all my needs were met. Her kindness and expertise made my visit stress-free and enjoyable. It's rare to find a dental practice that combines skill with genuine care, but North Dental Texas does it perfectly.

We have been given ten years+ of excellent and professional dental care from North Texas Dental! The entire team is friendly and very sensitive to each patient’s individual needs! They are much more than our dental healthcare providers, they are FAMILY❣️

I'd been in dental torture, stress and depression for over 20 years when I found NTD and Dr. Fuhrmann. This team was heaven sent! From A-Z, the level of friendliness and professionalism in the whole office is unmatched. I was in treatment for about 8 months and I never had a moment of dread. These folks truly care about patient satisfaction. Even the money part was not so painful! Dr. Furhmann not only healed my smile physically, but healed my hurt spirit from decades of living with no confidence in my smile. I recommend NTD for ANY dental need 100%. (I wish I could post before and after pictures but I don't see that option?!). Many thanks to the NTD family. I already miss you guys!
