My first time at Northeast Dental. Beautiful building, everyone very pleasant, no pressure, good explanations. Left my last Dental office because they no longer took my dental insurance, and very happy I ended up here!

Great staff and atmosphere. I have been very happy with the work they have done and with the ongoing project of fixing my teeth. I have to drive an hour to get there and they are worth every mile.

I have been a patient since 2023, I have been cut twice, this most recent time was in April a week later i had issues with my nose and face pain swelling red etc went to the Dr they ordered meds didn’t help then it got worse fast, ordered a CT to confirm infection that spread from my mouth, they believe the infection was from the dentist appt/cut since it all turned bad fast but unknown. This on top of i showed up for my appt only to wait 45 mins in lobby then be asked to come back in 2 days as they were very behind schedule… if we no show it’s $50 but they can do that to us?!? WILL NOT RETURN.

My husband has been a patient here since they opened. He's had A LOT of work done and has always had great things to say about Dr. Pouzal. Since I haven't seen a dentist in almost 2 decades, I was a bit nervous about finally getting a checkup... I knew this was the only dentist I was willing to go to because of his experiences. Sure enough, the staff was great and Dr. Cabral was also amazing. Despite needing a ton of scaling due to years of no cleanings, everything was amazing--my hygienist was informative, friendly, and thorough. I actually can't wait to go back for my next session in a month! I never would have expected to say this about a dentist, that's for sure. Thank you to everyone here for a great experience!

I will start by saying I have no issues with thier work. Thier billing and attention to detail does need some work. Other dental offices I went to layed out care plans and you knew ahead of time what was covered and what each visit was going to cost so you could prepare for out of pocket costs at checkout. I was hit with a shell shock at checkout finding out that a claim from a previous visit was denied because that same procedure was done within a two year period and apparently wasn't covered. So when I went to check out I was hit with an unexpected $392 bill. When I talked to my insurance company they said the office should have done a pre determination to make sure that the procedure was covered. I'm also finding out that my other visit may not be covered due to a similar issue. If something isn't covered or a claim is denied, so be it but call the customer or send them a bill rather than unexpectedly nailing them last minute at checkout. It's bad business practices. I had to go sell a personal item of mine so I could go back and pay the bill, because I am responsible that way. I was a couple days before payday and didn't have enough in my account. I'll be going elsewhere now, but do make sure you find out costs before things are done or make sure your insurance is going to cover procedures or you will get a huge surprise when you check out.
