I had a pleasant experience with the hygienist and the doctor. The hygienist was very patience and explained every steps. Mr. Terry was cool and humble person. I felt great after the cleaning and the visit.

I loved how quickly they got me in when my crown came off and good advice on how to deal with future trouble with it, my furthest back molar. Very quick insurance checking and so friendly and nice. I felt instantly welcome and at home. I love their beautiful antique furniture and artistically done curios. You also can come without insurance or money and use the offer for credit. The location is very favorable for me!

I tried another (within our insurance network) but came back to Northeast Dentistry and DDS Richmond. Well worth the copay and I now have the best dental technician! Keep up the great work!

Called over 3 weeks ago for a broken tooth that was infected and very painful. Took 2 weeks to get an appointment. My appointment was on the 9th... they see me take xrays charge me $40 and tell me they can't pull the tooth because it has 3 roots and is in my sinus cavity! They say they have to send paperwork to a different dentist and they will call me to make that appointment! Today is the 19th... no one has called me, I'm in pain and was never even given an antibiotic for the infection! Update today is the 26th and still no call from this dentist or the dentist they sent the referral too!

Great experience. Dr. Richmond, as always, was very thorough and caring- making sure to ask periodically " you doing ok" and his assistant, Melissa, too. We feel one of the best dentists n Florida.
