We are new this year because of a change in our insurance. I went in personally to meet and greet the staff. They introduced me to Dr. Chris, and made an appt for my new patient visit. I had a thorough cleaning and exam and returned later for a small restoration. That was a near painless procedure! Thank you Dr. Chris!! We will enjoy our new found dental practice

Terrible communication and experience with new patient first visit. I got scheduled for cleaning and a crown on a chipped front tooth that was capped numerous times. (And an Invisalign consult) But I was very clear that I needed the front tooth fixed. I showed up for my appt after taking off work and the front desk said they didn't have me scheduled for that day... But had me scheduled out further for the 2nd portion of the crown which made no sense. She said there was probably a miscommunication. So I was super mad and left. Decided to try to give them another chance and go back for my cleaning and to get the tooth that needed a crown taken care of. Got my cleaning and was told crowns for the front tooth. Sent away with a giant estimate for Invisalign which I said no to at the counter. No front tooth addressed. Got a text a few weeks later for a discounted price on Invisalign. Nothing about let's schedule the crown. Which should have been addressed already !!! I should have said hell no but my stupidity called to reschedule for the crown thinking I'd give them another chance. Guy on the phone says 2 crowns maybe 4 I said OMG call me with an estimate if so. No call. Figured I was covered. I get to the counter for my appt weeks later and she said my insurance said no and I need to pay 3k up front but they can do a payment plan. I left super pissed without an apology. And now I will make sure that everyone that needs a new dentist stays clear of this place. Terrible communication. If an insurance claim is being denied with sufficient notice you should provide that info prior to the scheduled visit. Rotten way to treat new patients. Overall super horrible experience.

I’m very happy with my experiences at Family Dentistry. There has been very little waiting time and the doctor spends time explaining, asking questions and listens to my concerns. Shala has been my hygienist on my last couple of visits and does a great job cleaning. She is personal and patient. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a dental service.

Great office and staff are friendly. Location close to home. Dentist super friendly and she takes her time when she’s meeting with me. Flexible when I’ve had to change my apt. Their office is clean.

I absolutely love this dental office! From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about your comfort. The dentists are incredibly skilled and take the time to explain everything in a way that makes you feel informed and confident in your care. I’ve always felt that I’m in the best hands here. I’ve noticed a few people online complain about their confirmation policy, and honestly, I don’t get it. To me, that’s a sign of a well-run, organized office that values both their patients’ time and their own. Life is busy, and getting a quick confirmation text or call is such a simple, courteous way to make sure everyone’s on the same page. If anything, it reassures me that they’re prepared and expecting me! So, if you’re looking for a dental office that’s professional, compassionate, and truly top-notch in every way—this is the place.
