I had a really great experience with Dr. Jacobs and his team! I needed my upper wisdom teeth removed and not only was the procedure itself extremely easy, the recovery was almost surprisingly smooth. Dr. Jacobs even called me himself a few hours after my surgery just to check in and make sure I was doing alright. Highly recommend!

I first met Dr. Jacobs when he kindly fit me in for a last-minute consultation at the Edgewood location. I had just gone through a botched urgent dental procedure that left me in severe pain and a bit traumatized. From the moment I arrived, Dr. Jacobs and his team showed genuine compassion and care. He quickly scheduled my surgery at this location, completed the removal of two teeth, and had me out of the procedure in no time. The entire experience was smooth and reassuring. I'm so grateful for Dr. Jacobs and his amazing team—they are not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind and dedicated to their patients' well-being. Thank you all so much!

Had surgery yesterday. They were very nice and I had a good experience there. They were also very accommodating because my original doctor, Dr. Jacobs was going to do it, but he was sick so they were able to fit me in with Dr mencarelli at another location. I was understandably a little nervous so they did everything in their power to put me at ease and they did a great job. I don’t have any pain, just soreness.

Similar to Alex's 2-star review, I am struggling to decide how to review. My son's procedure went well and we were very pleased with the service the doctor provided. But then we got a balance bill because the insurance paid less than the doctor estimated. Our amount due for this surgery is over $300 more than they told us. That's not an insignificant variance. They say insurance is notoriously difficult, and I don't doubt that. But if so, then it's even more important for the practice to do a better job at estimating. They knew what coverage we had, and our coverage is not unusual. If you go to this practice, you will get a good medical service done, and that is by far the most important thing. But make sure to have them fully explain the amount you are responsible for paying, and maybe also check in with your insurance coverage to make sure all parties agree.
