Just had my wisdom tooth removed 2 days ago and had an awesome experience. The clinic is clean and comfortable. The staff are courteous and respectful. The procedure was seamless and pain free.My doctor , Dr. Peter Tan Jr. texted me afterwards to check on me. It’s very reassuring knowing that I can contact them if ever I need them. I definitely recommend them.

We’ve had to have multiple extractions for my 89 year old father and the staff and surgeons have been, without exception, so kind and gentle. Scheduling is easy, although they book up quickly around school holidays. Located in VA Gateway so there’s plenty of parking. Highly recommend this office.

Dr. Tan and everyone at Northern Virginia Oral Surgery are excellent. They took great care of my daughter during her wisdom teeth removal and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The front desk staff is very easy to work with, and we felt very confident in Dr. Tan from start to finish. We’re really glad we chose him. If you’re lucky, Esmerelda will be your assistant—she’s absolutely lovely. I also highly recommend the post-surgery Exparel injection and the Platelet Rich Plasma therapy they offer.

We have visited this office twice with two of our sons on separate occasions, and each visit has been exceptional. From the moment we arrive until we leave, every staff member warmly greets us with a genuine smile. Our experiences have consistently exceeded expectations. Dr. Tan demonstrates remarkable expertise in his field and takes the time to thoroughly explain every detail during both the consultation and the procedure day. The team's dedication to patient care extends beyond the appointment, with thoughtful follow-up calls within a day or two to ensure proper healing. I wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone seeking outstanding care.

I would 1000% recommend this dental center to anybody! I was in tremendous pain this morning and they saw me the same day I called needing help. Providing me with a thorough consultation and treating my pain with the necessary dental surgery. I was nervous because it was my first dental surgical procedure. However, Dr. Tan and his assistant Shauntel made me feel comfortable and at ease. They made me laugh and played calming music. The surgery done by Dr. Tan 100% pain-free and over before I even realized. Shauntel then followed up with a very helpful & detailed aftercare routine that I appreciated. The receptionists at the front desk were also very kind and informative. Five stars across the board. Definitely returning for any future dental work I might need.
