I love this practice! Periodontic work isn’t pleasant by nature, but the team here is excellent and takes great care to make me comfortable and explain everything. My gum health has improved under their care. Good communication with my dentist. Office is lovely and relaxing. Front desk is always pleasant and helpful. Dr. Carlos is highly committed to continuing education and up on the latest techniques. A great team!

My wife and I had an excellent visit. Dr. Gohel took the time to explain everything that was going on with our dental health. That included giving us reassurance about things that worried us but need not. For other things, he helped us to prioritize and referred us to the appropriate specialist. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and cares for his patients. The whole team at the Alexandria office were really great. We’re so glad we found this practice.

As much as one can enjoy going to a dental/periodontist, this office has an outstanding team. I have been doing to Dr. Carlos for a few years now and he provides excellent care and recommendations that reflect what I actually need and not projections of what isn’t necessary. Jenny at the front desk is amazing and super friendly. I’ve worked with her for nearly 8 years now and she’s always very well informed, helpful and organized, especially when it comes to navigating what is needed for insurance requirements. My original hygienist at this practice was Parisa, who had the softest touch when it came to cleaning, but now I’ve switched to Tien who is also just great and has a great sense of humor to put me at ease during a session.

I have gone through two implants with Dr. Carlos now. He is very professional and good at what he does. His new office in Old Town Alexandria is beautiful and modern, and is run by competent, kind people. Implants require lots of visits and I have been happy with all of them. They were able to see me quickly when a temporary crown fell off and arranged for me to have it replaced before my flight left that afternoon. Although I really hope I don't need another implant, I would go to Dr. Carlos again in a minute.

I love this place, both the Old Town and Falls Church locations. The staff are professional while also offering a calming presence for us nervous patients. All my questions are always answered promptly. Dr. Carlos is superb at what he does and explains everything. He also takes time to listen to his patients and I never feel rushed.
