Nice staff, but they never answer their phone! We drove almost two hours, the patient I brought there was seen right away, X-rays went well, the doctor was very informative and helpful. We decided to have the oral surgery closer to home and needed X-rays from Northland. It took them days just to send X-rays. Multiple staff members from our dentist called them NUMEROUS times, left messages, etc. It was an absolute nightmare. Communication is very, very poor. They had at least 3 ladies working the front desk when we were there in person. How can they not answer the phone?? I wanted to leave them a better review but I just can't.

I went back there to have work done, after spending 7,000 somewhere else.
I have received the very best treatment there, all the work was discussed beforehand, and the prices as well.
The final work that was done was absolutely beautiful!
Thank you Doctor Kendall, and the staff as well!

They were all so nice and helped me so much with my dental anxiety, I usually don't leave reviews but if you are looking for a good dentist that respects you this place is definitely it! Will be coming back even tho it's an hour+ away from where I live it is worth it! Thank you again to everybody who works here! You helped me so much!

They have obviously never heard of the invention of the phone!! Why even have a businessor a phone numberif you never pick up!!. I have called countless times in the past couple months for NO ONE to pick up the phone. 馃槧 馃槨 I started calling 2 mins past 8am when they open and called 10-15 times just within an hour an nothing. Very very poor service.

Less than 1 star. Stay away from this dentist office. First of all this "business" doesn't EVER answer their phone, your lucky to receive a call back in a few days. They misdiagnose you continually. I went in there numerous times with pain only to be told they cant see an issue on the xrays, that its nerve pain & I grind my teeth too much. After multiple return visits, a new filling & a night mouth guard the pain stayed exact & constant. They than tried to push me off on a TMJ nerve specialist that dont take my insurance. Luckily instead I called a reputable dentist office (who answered the call on the 2nd ring btw) They immediately found on the xray that the tooth was cracked & needed a root canal. Got the procedure and have never had pain since!! Do not trust this place with your care because they have proven time & again their lack of knowledge with me and apparently a great deal of other reviewers as well!!
