Finally got teeth whitening for the first time, and I am so pleased! My dental assistant was wonderful and of course, Dr. Neff is the berries!

This place is very disappointing. For the longest time they've been short a hygienist and they rescheduled my follow-up cleaning 8 months instead of six months. 2 months after my last cleaning. I just received a text saying that I owe them $130 for a routine cleaning which is 100% covered by my insurance. I come to find out that they no longer are preferred on the insurance that I was preferred on the previous cleaning and they had not bothered to say anything. This place puts their own greed over the care of their patients. They can't keep enough hygienist employed and they have unethical business practices knowing that their insurance that they deal with has changed but they don't think enough to inform the patient until after care is given.

From the moment I walked in everyone was very friendly. The two ladies at the front were the best in getting me an answer and solution to a question I had. My hygienist did a awesome job with my cleaning! I look forward to going back for my next cleaning.

I am very happy with my visits to Northside Dental. Dr Neff and her staff are very thorough and pleasant! The Dental Hygienist does a pain free gentle cleaning! They make it an easy and enjoyable experience! Highly recommend!
