One of the few places where ppl are treated like ppl. Even without insurance the prices are very affordable. Professional ppl, professional environment. I've let all my teeth go bad and this establishment will have all of my dental business and the business of anyone I can talk into using them. This is my fifth time here and every time has been a pleasant experience. Which is saying a lot considering each time I was have teeth extracted.

Whenever you go to your consultation make sure you ask for an exact amount youll pay for any procedure done. I went here for a consult one month before my procedure to remove my 4 wisdom teeth after being seen and them running my insurance i was told it would be $740, then i arrived and was told that i had to pay $750 okay no big deal just $10, well now a month after my procedure i recieve a bill for $335 and was told i was only given an estimate. I called my insurance and was told that they never contacted them or got an approval for coverage they had a whole month to let me know if theyre would be any changes to the amount owed, thats wouldve atleast let me make a decision on how many to remove if i knew it was going to be 335 more dollars but no no one communicated anything to me. Then i call this place to let them know to work with me on there mest up and theyre very rude and not helpful, do not waist your time here go elsewhere. Horrible place and horrible staff. Make sure they give you a written out form anout yoir payment not including hidden fees. So horrible not a wonder I've heard of many lawsuits to this place. Save your time and hard earned money

Dr Chung was very rude to my daughter and after waiting for 40 minutes was told they do not take her insurance when their office has had her insurance information on file for a year now. He then told her quote "I am going to refer you to someone else since we got off on the wrong foot". What kind of doctor is this? Who talks to their potential patients like that? I am very upset with this whole office and the way they operate. Huge thumbs down. RUDE!!!!!

Being in an emergency situation, I was so pleased when Dr. Chung worked me in yesterday for an extraction. Having several special needs, including not being able to be laid back very far, Dr. Chung was very accommodating and went out of his way to make me comfortable. The extraction of this very back molar went very well. He was quick, professional and the cost was reasonable. 5 stars. Absolutely.

Dr Chung was so nice and professional. He took the time before my wisdom teeth removal to talk with myself and my husband about the procedure to answer all my questions and explain every step of the removal. He acted like we were his only patients he had. No rushing though, only the most helpful and companioned care. He is just a very nice person and so is all his staff. Can't thank everyone in this office enough for making a stressful days as relaxing as humanly possible.
