On 6 8 26 I saw Brady. Burton. He looked at my xrays and told me he could remove my 2 bottom right jaw teeth. On 7 6 26. He removed both teeth in less than 30 minutes That included nunbing and shots I was in and out. Everyone is friendly they explain everything so you understand I had to pay up front I used a check and got a 5% discount

We originally scheduled a 4:30 PM appointment for our son to have two baby teeth evaluated for removal. The office called the day before at 4:50 PM to cancel the appointment. We immediately called back within a couple of minutes, but the office was already closed. When we rescheduled, we again requested a 4:30 PM appointment because it works best after school. We were told that time was unavailable, so we rearranged our schedule and pulled our son out of school early for a 3:30 PM appointment instead. We arrived at 3:00 PM as instructed to complete paperwork. During check-in, we specifically informed the office that our son is autistic and sensitive to loud noises and unfamiliar interactions. After completing all paperwork, the front desk informed us that the appointment we were actually scheduled for was 4:30 PM. At no point during check-in did anyone tell us we were an hour and a half early. Instead, we were told to sit down and wait. We then watched multiple patients arrive after us and get called back before we finally asked what was going on. At that point, we were told they were running 30 minutes behind and that our appointment had always been scheduled for 4:30 PM. After waiting approximately an hour and fifteen minutes, we were finally taken back to a room. Unfortunately, it did not appear that the doctor had reviewed any of the paperwork regarding our son’s autism or sensory sensitivities. The interaction was loud, overly forward, and physically intrusive in a way that immediately made our son uncomfortable. We were then taken into a consultation room and quoted approximately $1,700 to remove two baby teeth under anesthesia because of our son’s needs. We were also told we would need to pay 50% down immediately because they do not accept our insurance. At that point, we asked when the procedure could even be scheduled if we decided to move forward. We were told that anesthesia appointments were booked out until August, roughly three months away. I then asked whether we could at least complete the paperwork necessary to secure a place in line while we spoke with our insurance company before paying a large deposit. Only then were we handed several additional forms that apparently could have been provided from the beginning. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. Better communication ahead of time regarding scheduling, insurance, costs, deposits, and wait times could have saved our family over two hours of time, unnecessary stress for our autistic son, and a $100 consultation fee for information that largely could have been communicated over the phone.

I kept delaying my wisdom teeth removal, but I finally decided to do it. All four of my wisdom teeth were removed by Dr. Burton, and it was a great experience. It was difficult for me to decide which method to use. I chose IV sedation with local anesthesia because I have a gag reflex, and all four teeth needed to be removed. I am also not comfortable with IV catheter needles or blood, but after the medication was given, I did not remember anything. When I woke up, the teeth had already been removed. I did not have any serious complications at home, and I healed quickly. The payment process was also clear. I made an initial payment before the treatment, and after my insurance payment was finalized, I received a refund check for part of the amount because the insurance covered a portion of my initial payment. That gave me more trust in this office. I recommend this place.

The entire experience was better than I ever expected. The staff was kind, Dr. Henry was caring and helpful, and I had no pain with my extractions. The anesthesiologist even called me at home the day before to discuss my health history. I would highly recommend this practice to my friends.

Sam and Dr Brady Burton are the best of the best. At 66-years old I’ve been to plenty of dentist offices over the years. Those two are top tier in every category that I can think of- Courteous, Knowledgeable, Pleasant, Personable and of course Professional. For me dental work has never been particularly fun but I would go nowhere else for dental surgery. Sincerely.
