Dr Davis is the best! My daughter just started getting dental treatment with him recently & she adores he & his staff. I’ve been going to him for about 15 years & I don’t want to have another dentist. For me personally, he is the best. He honestly helps me with my anxiety just being himself. He is extremely thorough & not judgy. I like that about him. I don’t know what I would do without him. He’s very understanding. Thoughtful with his job & your dental health. Couldn’t ask for a better dentist. I’m so happy that my daughter is seeing him now too & so happy with him. She saw him when she was a little girl but just started again recently & came home raving about he & his staff. Literally the best! We’re both happy with Davis but also he chose the best staff ever. They are all kind people. They all make you feel good when you walk in the door & when you leave. After 15 years I have a good sense as a patient to say that I know him well enough to treat me & say, that he is a 10 star dentist. I feel at home when I’m there & am treated kindly & to me, that matters immensely. All dentists should be this way. We should all have this positive experience.

Dr. Brenden Davis and his staff are the most caring and calming people I have ever met in the dental profession. My concerns are always addressed, I never feel rushed. I always feel confident and comfortable during each visit. The receptionist is also fabulous, makes my short time in the lobby feel like I’ve come to a friend’s house instead of the dentist!
I greatly appreciate that their office takes state insurance because that is not common anymore. You can tell that the mission here is to help all people from all walks of life. Thank you all for your amazing care!

I wish they answered their phones. I wish they would return calls in less than two weeks. The receptionist finally answered after calling every day and leaving messages. She said she was out of office to help with somebody’s emergency medical care. Life happens, maybe leave that information on the business answering machine so your clients are aware, rather than just leaving calls unanswered for literally weeks…. The care is fine, cleaning went as planned last time, but that’s if somebody will answer or call you back to make an appointment or confirm insurance questions. Good luck.

Friendly staff, very conversational If you are! Had a cleaning here & a small filling. They are fast! also affordable. Looking forward to my next cleaning.
Edit 9/14/20: i had that cleaning maybe 6 weeks ago and the new hygienist was SO thorough and I am super grateful! She put a lot of effort into it. Before coming here, I had some bad dentist experience and didn't see a dentist for too many years. I am grateful to have my teeth in such good hands now.

This place needs more reviews, and I believe I can help with that. I have been going here for at least 2 years. They take (Washington) state apple health insurance. I understand it is limited, but when you have no money and have issues with your teeth, it is amazing what a little professional help can do. Even if you don't, you still get one free cleaning, and they do checkups to ensure they are okay, and your gums are in good condition.
The long waits are valid, but it is not the offices fault. They are one of the few (Maybe only) places around Ellensburg that take state insurance. I don't know why this is, (actually I do, but this isn't about them, this is about Dr. Brendan Davis and his amazing staff) Even with all this in mind, they have always been nice to me and answered my dumb curiousity questions that have no validity behind them in addition to actuals concerns I have about my teeth and gums.
It is not Northwest's fault that not many offices take state insurance. I am happy that I receive care at Northwest, because if I didn't, my wisdom teeth would be destroying my mouth. He gives out referrals when necessary, and they are tactful to ensure that most referrals are accepting your insurance. When they don't, they have told me, and they attempt (and deliver) to circumnavigate this.
Most of the staff understand that it is not your choice of the economic situation you are put into. Which is amazing! This team tries their best to ensure that they can deliver the best service to you relative to your insurance. They did my x-rays for free, and they answer all my questions, even the dumb ones.
Dr Brendan Davis is a soft spoken gentleman who takes my concerns into consideration. My wisdom teeth are weird. However, he still wants to ensure he is doing what he can to avoid unnecessary operations, but that my teeth are in the best condition they can be.
Now, if you made it this far, be patient with them. The waits are long because NO ONE else takes state insurance in this town! There may be options now, but when I was looking 2 years ago there was literally none that had availability. If you call and they don't answer, leave a message asking for consultation and your information. They will return it eventually. There are so many people in similar situations to you. They understand you better than you think, and assure you don't bite. (No pun intended).
