Had two impacted wisdom teeth extracted here, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely safe and comfortable throughout the entire process.
At my initial appointment, I was given an informational booklet with clear instructions on what to do before and after the procedure, which was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions.
After my surgery, they even called to check in on my recovery, which I really appreciated. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their patients made the entire experience much less stressful. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery.

Adding to my former post below, now where I just had the implant surgery.
Everything was perfect.
The team works together flawlessly, everyone in the office is super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Welch did a fabulous job. It was yesterday and I don't have any pain (I don't take Ibuprofen/Tylenol but instead Flurbiprofen), no discomfort. Dr. Welch followed up yesterday evening with a phone call. They really care. Now we will see how this will heal and settle over time, right now it all looks like a great start.
Lastly, they make you really comfortable, with pre-warmed blankets and some oxygen, it was almost like a spa treatment :-)
I highly recommend Dr. Welch and his team.

All staff is very friendly and seems to really care. What stands out is also how well organized their workflows are and everyone there seems very smart, engaged and interested in what they are doing. I met Dr. Welch who will be treating me and he seems highly experienced, is very friendly, relaxed and answered all my questions patiently. Oral surgery, even small things like a little implant I'll be getting, is scary for me. But they all instill trust and I feel like being in very good hands with them. Will update this review once the surgery was done which now I feel quite confident going into.

Everyone in this office is professional and friendly - they know how to treat customers right. My implant procedure was painless as could be and everyone was ready to go at the appointed time. Despite some difficulties in extracting my tooth, the procedure took less than an hour. Recovery was quick and I did not need the strong pain medication prescribed - only took Tylenol once. Dr. Sweeney even called me in the evening following the procedure to make sure I was doing alright. I give this office an A+! Thank you doctor for a great experience!

This is an office where they lead with their hearts. I had 3 teeth removed by Dr. Welch and his incredibly competent support crew and it was a very comfortable and supportive experience. You can tell that everyone really not only enjoys their work, but goes over the top to help patients be as comfortable as possible. Warm blankets, and they walked me to my car. Dr. Welch called me personally that evening to check up on me. I highly recommend them.

Tuesday morning I had implant surgery performed by Dr. Kevin Sweeney of NW Oral Surgeons. Going into procedure I had very high expectations based on various factors, including my consultation with Dr. Sweeney as well as my interactions with the personnel at NW Oral. Nevertheless, my high expectations were surpassed, and by an ample margin.
Although this is my first experience with implant surgery, it's hard for me to imagine that my procedure could have gone any more smoothly. Pain was negligible and limited to the pinpricks of the application of the local anesthetic. Post-op bleeding was also negligible; when I arrived home ~30 minutes after exiting the dental chair and went to change the gauze, it was apparent that the bleeding had been minimal and had probably stopped before I left the NW Oral office.
Post-op pain was non-existent. As the anesthesia wore off, I took one 200mg Ibuprofen out of an abundance of caution (I consider my pain tolerance to be no better than average), but it was probably unnecessary. I haven't experienced any post-op pain, nor have I taken any more ibuprofen or other pain killers.
The implant procedure itself was a very smooth and well-coordinated process. I was prepped by dental assistant Tracy and another dental assistant.
After administering the anesthesia and giving it some time to take effect, Dr. Sweeney commenced with the procedure. I was quite comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Sweeney and his assistants worked deliberately and smoothly with a fairly limited amount of verbal communication between them, indicating to me a very strong mutual grasp of the process. The procedure itself only required 30 minutes or so.
After an X-Ray to confirm that the implant was properly positioned, I was advised by another assistant on the requisite home care to ensure a smooth recovery.
At around 6:30pm that evening, I turned down my phone and prepared for an early night. The following day I saw that Dr. Sweeney had called me at 7pm to see how I was doing.
I'm doing very well, Dr. Keven Sweeney, and thank you and your team for your exceptional treatment and service.
