I had a great experience with Dr. Ryan Parnell and their entire team. The procedure was completely painless, which honestly exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive from start to finish, making me feel comfortable every step of the way. I truly appreciate the level of care I received and would highly recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery.

Dental work can often cause anxiety. Northwest O and M is a very calming office. Appointments are on time, Dr. Parnell is very reassuring and explains the procedures, and the work is very professionally handled. I was very pleased and grateful for my visit. I highly recommend the office.

Dr P got me in for an exam, made a game plan with me, and got my tooth extracted perfectly and professionally. Highly recommend. Great pricing and great service!

This review is specifically for the office staff. After my experience, I was informed that a lot of the staff is new. The lady checking people in was cold, rushed me, and seemed to treat me like I was wasting her time. When I was waiting to be called, I heard her talking loudly with full patient names discussed. An elderly gentleman came in speaking soft and kindly to check in. In response to him, she was curt and loud to tell him that they don't accept his insurance and he would be self pay. There was such a severe lack of empathy. When I was taken back for x-rays, it felt impersonal, and when I expressed my fear of sedation, it was laughed off and I was told it was a way to get a great nap. Dr Parnell seemed okay, but by the time he came in, I was so uncomfortable and knew this was not the place I would be having any work done. As I was checking out, I will say Cali, the lady who goes over procedure and billing, was very kind. I let her know, before reviewing anything, that I would not be getting my procedure done there. She politely asked me why and when explained my perception of the office, she apologized and tried to be comforting. She gave me the procedural documentation anyway in case I wanted to share it with whomever I moved forward with.

Dr. Hoffman was my oral surgeon for wisdom teeth removal back in April. I was very nervous for the procedure but Dr. Hoffman and his team were very understanding and gave all of the information needed. The procedure was quick and I was out of the office within an hour. He gave a follow up call that evening and the office checked on me throughout as well. While I did have some pain, following the instructions given was very useful and minimized it. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Hoffman.
