Dr. Hoffman and his team recently removed 6 of my daughters baby teeth, 1 permanent tooth and placed an attachment for a chain on an impacted adult tooth. Our daughter is young and it was hard to watch her leave us especially since she has never been under anesthesia. They kept us updated throughout the procedure and she told us Dr Hoffman and his whole team was so nice and gentle with her. Usually the flu shot makes her cry and she didn't even mind the IV they administered. Her recovery was way quicker than we expected with very minimal pain and swelling. The only problem is we are completely overloaded with ice cream thinking this procedure would be harder on her than it was!! Thank you to the entire team that took care of our most precious gift on such a nerve wrecking day for us parents.

Dental work can often cause anxiety. Northwest O and M is a very calming office. Appointments are on time, Dr. Parnell is very reassuring and explains the procedures, and the work is very professionally handled. I was very pleased and grateful for my visit. I highly recommend the office.

This place was absolutely dynamite! Every single person in that building is an all-star. Friendly, hospitable, knowledgeable and most important professional. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better team to service my needs. I wish I could give them more stars.

“From check-in with Callie to recovery with Brandi, the entire team was amazing. The oral surgeon was excellent, and the staff were kind, patient, and reassuring. They truly made a potentially stressful procedure a positive experience.”

About Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, located on Technology Forest Blvd in The Woodlands, focuses on the removal of wisdom and diseased teeth and on preparing for and placing dental implants. The practice also treats pathological and cosmetic problems along with other diseases and injuries of the face, mouth, teeth, jaws and neck. All of the practice's surgeons are board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and the surgeons work closely with one another and with referring doctors to coordinate treatment plans for patients.

For patients considering dental implants, the practice describes the process as replacing missing teeth with titanium implants that fuse to the jawbone, creating a stable foundation for natural-looking replacement teeth. Bone grafting is also offered to rebuild jawbone that has been lost to disease, trauma or missing teeth, which can help create the support needed for future implant placement. The practice states it is committed to providing compassionate care in a safe, state-of-the-art surgical environment, and anesthesia is available for many of its services.
