Dr. Parnell is truly exceptional. From the very first visit, he took the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my care. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail really set him apart.
I also have to give a huge shoutout to Tricia Logan — she is hands down the BEST assistant! She is kind, attentive, organized, and goes above and beyond to make every visit smooth and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about patients and takes pride in what she does.
The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend Dr. Parnell and his amazing team!

I’ve had several surgeries with Dr. Liska, and he is absolutely amazing! He is an exceptional surgeon! Dr. Liska was able to do what another provider told me was completely impossible and did it without hesitation. He is extremely knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and clearly brings so much wisdom to his work. I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else and I always feel confident knowing I’m in the best hands. His entire team is wonderful as well—so comforting and supportive throughout the process.

Giving Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Conroe 5 stars. From the receptionist who checks you in, to the doctor and is that everyone treated me with respect and kindness. They made my wisdom, teeth, surgery, smooth, and painless. I would recommend getting your wisdom teeth done here if you needed them to be extracted.

Meet the Doctors

Dr. Dwyer completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and is a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Liska is trained in the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including wisdom teeth extractions, the placement of dental implants and bone grafting, and is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Lopez practices at both the Conroe and Huntsville offices.
