It is a pleasure to share one of the best experiences I have ever had in a medical setting. I needed an urgent appointment for a tooth extraction after being referred elsewhere and finding the other place booked up for a week-and-a-half. It was easy to set up the appointment here instead. I was swayed to choose them due to the solid number of high ratings. And they did not disappoint.
5 minutes in the waiting room, 5 minutes of being numbed, and literary 5 minutes to pull the tooth out. I was back to work within 30 minutes of having left. People thought it was crazy. Everything was well explained, both what to expect in the procedure and what to do afterward.
Great doctor, great support team, and no pain during the procedure. They really explained aftercare well. I could not possibly made a better choice than selecting this team for my minor crisis.

I had an abscess tooth that needed surgery so removal. I was scheduled with Dr. Gauthier. I am so glad that I went to Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Elgin. They were able to fit me into schedule right away! Very professional and attentive staff. I was never awake for previous extractions over the years. I am happy with the results and I was awake the whole time!!!! I experienced very little pain/discomfort. I highly recommend this business. If I ever have to have repeat tooth extraction I will return to this facility!!!

The staff was so kind and considerate. They got me in in 1 day. My tooth pain was horrible and I was grateful they could take care of it so quick. Dr. Colby was great. He took his time, he explained every step. I'd highly recommend them if I ever have a tooth issue again. Thank you!

Took my elderly mom to have a couple of teeth removed. We moved from another office where they were not good with elderly.
Every single person in the office was amazing! From the front desk, to the Dr and recovery team.
So thankful we tried them and hope we don't need their services again, but will go back in a heartbeat if we do need them again. Thank you for the help in taking excellent care of my mom!
