My 93 year old mother had to have a wisdom tooth pulled and this group showed so much patience with her, and me. I was allowed to stay in the room during the extraction. Dr. Rosenthal and his assistant worked well together and I was so pleased with the result. My mom didn’t experience any bruising and very little discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Rosenthal.

This was my first visit to this clinic and the service was exceptional. The office staff were friendly and extremely helpful in guiding me through providing the information needed so that the doctor could be prepared to provide the care that I needed. The dental team worked together seamlessly so that I did not feel, at any time, lost and unsure of the process for providing care for me. The doctor reviewed my information and provided the options for treatment, with the benefits, risks, and cost for each option, so that I could decide which would work best for my specific situation. Each member of the team, the medical and administrative, worked closely together so that my interactions with each member was seamless -- I did not have to answer the questions more than once. All the team members are caring and knowledgeble about their role and responsibilities, and each delivered their services with care, compassion, and clarity.

I’ve truly enjoyed my experience here. From the front desk staff to the intake nurse and my time with Dr. Rose, everyone was welcoming, professional, and exceptionally friendly. Dr. Rose has an incredible bedside manner and took the time to comfort my teen, helping her feel mentally prepared for her procedure. It made a lasting first impression. I’ve already referred others and will continue to do so.

I highly recommend NorthWest Oral & Maxilofacial Surgery. Dr. Michael Rosenthal is the best. He extracted my tooth and placed my implant. The staff is friendly and professional. Leah who is over the clinical staff explained everything about the procedures and answered all my concerns… she is wonderful.

I was nervous but the staff made me feel much better when I got there. Very friendly and lighthearted. In a blink of an eye I was done!! I’ve had no complications, no dry socket, no infection and followed their directions. On day 6 I called them in a stressed and worried state as I was in a good deal of pain still, and they assured me that it was normal and talked me through it. Everything was in fact fine, it is so easy to overthink the healing process but everyone is different!! So thankful they were there for me and answered any questions I had. Great experience overall, thank you!!
