A great first impression! The entire staff at NE Periodontics sure know how to treat customers well. I was uncomfortable going in facing my 1st potential tooth extraction, and yet I felt surprisingly comfortable and at peace comíng out understanding my options. It had a lot to do with everyone’s friendly, honest demeanor- along with their depth of knowledge. I felt as if everyone was genuinely empathetic and interested in my situation and decision, even if they didn’t have to be. Doctor Rudy Lwo took extra time to answer all of my crazy questions, until I was satisfied. I’ll be back for surgery in a month, and I fully trust they will do a great job.

The overall treatment I experienced can be good. The staff are super friendly and patient. I was not satisfied with two things. They charge 3% extra fee if you use credit card, which I think was not normal for my knowledge. Also, the website does work for payment. These two things really lowered the level of their specialization Imao.

Everything about my experience was first class! From scheduling, to reminders to understanding I was late when I had a flat tire…and still seeing me. Topped by the warm, knowledgeable Dr. Akimoto examining me and suggesting that I do not need surgery. Perfect!

Dr.Lwo and her team were amazing.
They did their best to give us an early appointment and schedule the procedure next day .They took care of the patient's request planning the spring break for recovery and healing
The team followed up with messages on how the patient was doing and his recovery.
I highly recommend the practice if you are in need of the treatment.

I am treated with such kindness and respect at every visit. My extreme teeth and gum sensitivity is honored and I am made to feel so cared for and comfortable. I am grateful beyond words to your team there!

About Northwest Periodontics & Implants
Northwest Periodontics & Implants is a periodontal specialty practice with offices in Redmond and Issaquah, Washington. The Redmond office is located at 15955 NE 85th Street, Suite 205. The practice describes its goal as an ongoing partnership with patients and their general dentists to help achieve optimal periodontal health, with a mission of offering personalized periodontal therapy in an environment of warmth and integrity. Services listed on the practice website include dental implants, bone grafting, sinus augmentation, guided bone and tissue regeneration, gum grafting for gum recession, scaling and root planing, osseous surgery, crown lengthening, frenectomy, cosmetic periodontal surgery, oral cancer exams, teeth cleaning, and a Same Day Smile option. The website also references All-on-X and All-on-4 full-arch treatment for referring doctors.
For patients considering dental implants, the practice explains that implants are small titanium posts placed into the jawbone to act as tooth root substitutes, and that the bone bonds with the titanium to create a strong foundation for replacement teeth. At an initial visit, one of the practice's periodontists conducts a full exam and discusses fees and insurance benefits. For most patients, implant treatment involves two surgical procedures, and the practice works closely with the patient's restorative dentist, who designs and places the final teeth. The practice website lists office hours of 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday, and notes that it serves patients from Redmond, Kirkland, Bellevue, Sammamish, Woodinville, Issaquah, Seattle, and surrounding communities.
