Claire Osborn was my dental hygienist, and she is wonderful!! I called super last minute when I had a surprise day off to check and see if they had any random cancellations or openings. The receptionists helped me and got me in right away! They were wonderful to work with, and made the entire process very simple. They were so helpful with insurance and financial information, opposed to some other places I’ve been that seem to prefer to keep information like that quiet and surprise you with it later. Claire was so thorough, and the entire appointment felt like spending time with an old friend. She helped me feel comfortable, and spoke to me in ways I could understand. She explained every step and was very attentive to how sensitive my teeth may have been, and I’ve not ever had a dental hygienist be so gentle. She was able to do her job gently and thoroughly while checking for feedback and that was amazing. Dr.Kim was so down to earth and understanding. He was very compassionate and explained my options to me in a simple way. My whole family will be switching to this practice asap!

I've been a patient at Norwalk dental for a few years and they are great. Claire is a great hygienist. She was thorough and gentle. She was easy to talk to when her hands weren't in my mouth. Dr. Kim is a great dentist and is very good at explaining things. I'm so glad to be a patient there and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Such a great experience! Amanda and Dr. Kim and all of the staff were amazing and very professional. It had been a few years since I have gone but they made it so easy and stress-free.

Alli was amazing with my toddlers. They were really nervous and crying but she did not rush them at all, helped them feel comfortable, slowly explained everything, she even pretended to clean their stuffed animal's teeth first - and in the end they both let her clean their teeth! She was so patient and calm. I can't recommend her enough, especially if you have young kids! And she did a great job cleaning my teeth too, 11/10 recommend.

The Norwalk Dental Center is outstanding. The people there are great and very nice. Dr. Kim always explains everything fully and makes you very comfortable. Great place to take the whole family.
