⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Nova Dental Clinic. The entire staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, but I would especially like to highlight the dental assistant, Ladys Mariam. She was outstanding—kind, patient, and very caring—making me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. The clinic is modern, clean, and well organized, and the dentist took the time to explain every step of the procedure clearly. I truly appreciated the level of care and attention to detail. Highly recommend Nova Dental Clinic to anyone looking for high-quality dental care and exceptional service.

I had an outstanding experience at Nova Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. The office is modern, clean, and very well organized, which made the entire visit feel comfortable and stress-free. Truly this dental office has to be the best medical experience i have ever received! The place is very modern and clean. The staff is incredibly nice. One of the staff member even came outside to the waiting room to great me and offer everyone coffee. I felt very at ease and ready for my treatment. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone who want a relaxing environment while having their dental work done. Keep it up!

Very professional and friendly staff. clean and modern environment. All new Equipment that is minimally, invasive. Fair pricing, and accepted my Insurance. I would 10 out of 10 recommend.

I called simply to schedule a routine dental cleaning—basic preventive care that is normally covered by insurance. Instead, I was met with rudeness, constant interruptions, and an argumentative tone from the person who answered the phone, Miriam. She spoke over me and insisted that X-rays and an “evaluation” were mandatory and that a cleaning would only happen if she decided it was necessary. This came across as a power trip, not patient care. Preventive cleanings should not depend on the personal opinion of an office manager, and certainly not be delivered with hostility. X-rays are clinically indicated, not automatically mandated by statute Florida law does not require that X-rays be taken before every cleaning. There’s no statute that says “you must take X-rays before a cleaning” — instead, the board rules allow dentists to use their professional judgment about whether X-rays are needed for a particular patient’s care, and patients have rights to be informed and to refuse them. I have no idea whether the dentist here is good, because the front-office experience was so unprofessional that I immediately ruled this practice out. If this is how potential patients are treated on the first call, I can’t imagine the level of service once you’re already in their system. Completely unacceptable.
