I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Donnelly. She listened carefully to every single one of my concerns and carefully confirmed details to make sure the procedure went smoothly. I was given a warm blanket during surgery and received ice cream to go home with. As someone who has never had surgery before, Dr. Donnelly and her team were so supportive and accommodating. Dr. Donnelly also called the same day a few hours after I got home to make sure I felt okay after the procedure. I can’t recommend her enough.

Phenomenal service by Dr. Donnelly & her Team! Top tier professionalism. I appreciate their kindness, patience, understanding and willingness to assist with any questions we had. My daughter is healing thoroughly and quickly from her wisdom teeth removal.

My sister had her wisdom teeth taken out at this practice. Everyone was super friendly. Jacky wand dr Donnelly were awesome! Joselin was very helpful when she did instructions with me. Highly recommend.

I went in to have a cracked tooth extracted. Dr. Donnelly and her team were amazing. They explain all the options and gave you the prices for each one. They truly make you feel comfortable, from asking what music you want to listen to, the warm blanket and even ice cream when you are finished. I definitely would recommend Dr. Donnelly and her wonderful team!!

This was my surgical procedure and I had to have all of my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Donnelly and the team made me feel at ease about going under anesthesia and were patient in answering my many questions. Everyone provided clear instructions regarding medications, pain management, and overall expectations with the surgery. Now being 2 weeks post-op, I can hardly tell I had anything removed. I strongly recommend Nu Image (and their awesome waiting room playlist).

Meet the Doctors
The Durham office is led by Dr. Lorenza Donnelly, DDS, MD, a board certified oral surgeon. Dr. Donnelly earned her dental degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, her medical degree from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, and completed her oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and her surgical interests include dental implant surgery with full mouth reconstruction, All-on-X, zygomatic implants, wisdom teeth removal, and anesthesia and sedation. She is joined at the Durham office by Dr. Justin Tomack, DMD, MMSc, a board certified periodontist who trained at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and completed his periodontics residency at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Tomack's focus areas include laser-assisted periodontal therapy, treatment of infections around implants, soft tissue grafting, and guided tissue regeneration.
