What an incredible team! I recently had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and my case was a little complicated. I am so glad I went with Dr. Addison and his team. They were extremely thorough in their consultation, leaving plenty of room for me to ask questions. They made me super comfortable on the day of surgery and talked me through everything as we went. I also appreciated how transparent they were about costs. If you are at all nervous about having oral surgery, I would recommend NU Image any day!

From the time I entered Nu Image office I was was welcomed with a smile and professional greetings. My dentist recommended Dr Addison and this office and I am so glad she did. Dr. Addison was very professional explaining my procedure in detail but added that home town favor of comfort, not in a rush and ask me on multiple times if I had any questions the day of the Interview, the day of the surgery and called me the next day to check on me and ask again if I had questions. His assistant Nina ( I think) was excellent also in providing information and answering questions pre-op and post-op and on discharge teaching. Great experience from beginning to end. I will recommend Dr. Addison and his staff to anyone in need of the services he offers.

Dr. Luchetti did an excellent job removing my wisdom teeth. The entire process was smooth, and he made me feel comfortable and well-informed from start to finish. The procedure went better than I expected, and my recovery was easier than I anticipated. I appreciate his professionalism, skill, and the care he and his team provided. I would highly recommend Dr. Luchetti to anyone needing their wisdom teeth removed.

Dr. Addison and his team at North Raleigh Nu Image are not only brilliant but kind. I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Nu Image in 2011 and now 15 years later I trusted them to provide the same quality care to my husband. His extraction was this past Friday, 3/27/26 and was more complex due to his age and some medical challenges. At our consult, Dr. Addison and his assistant were thorough in providing the pros and cons. Their bedside manners were excellent in answering all of our questions. My husband felt comfortable that Dr. Addison was the right fit for the job and we scheduled our appointment. I expected to spend most of my morning there but within an hour and 15 minutes of them taking him back to start the process, we were heading home. My husband was happy and joking and it was all good! From the front office to the back office the staff is THE BEST! They provided step by step instructions in person and in writing. And while I sat in the lobby waiting, I witnessed the loving care they provided to all of their clients. Our dentist recommended another practice but I only trust Nu Image because of the quality care and service I have received. I highly recommend you choose them for your dental surgical needs. They are 1 of 1 and I score them 10 out of 10 from consult to procedure day and after. The doctor was even kind enough to call us himself the next day…now that part was really special and a cherry on top of what was already a extremely satisfying service experience! Thank you Nu Image, I will continue to recommend you all every chance I get.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at Nu Image. I was 19 when I got my wisdom teeth removed and I wanted to have them taken out to ensure that my teeth would not shift due to minimal spacing in my mouth. I was welcomed into the office and the doctor told me that it is a good time to have them taken out before my wisdom teeth erupt, so I decided to move on with the surgery. On the day of my exam, the lady prepping me for anesthesia was bumping into things and quickly putting the needle in my arm. I asked her if she was ok and she said that she had her coffee and had a lot of energy. This made me uncomfortable and it seemed unprofessional that she was quickly prepping me like they just wanted to get the surgery over with as quickly as possible. After the surgery was over, I sat in the room for maybe less than 5 minutes and I was barely awake when they rushed me to my car. I didn’t even have time to process what happened and they rushed me out as quickly as possible. The recovery process also did not go well because they did not properly explain the process to me and my mom, so we did not clean the sockets right. I was in a lot of pain and discomfort for 3 months after with abnormal swelling and bruising. I came back multiple times to ask them why I did not have feeling in my lower lip and they told me that the nerve endings were likely damaged and the feeling will come back in a year. A year passed and I called them to tell them that I still have numbness in my lip and they told me that I signed a paper saying that this could possibly happen. It has been two years later and I still have numbness in my lip and I will probably always have it. I am completely upset and concerned with this practice and the whole surgery. I believe doctors should be caring, honest and professional, but I was only met with impatience, unprofessionalism and unkindness. I also hope that this practice does not take out a clients’ wisdom teeth before they are ready to come out just to make more money because I was told that it was harder for them to remove my teeth because it was a little early to have them taken out (I found this out after my surgery). I hope that this practice reads this and really takes the time to understand how they can do better to make getting wisdom teeth removed a better process and experience for the client.
