From the first step I walked in I felt like I was part of a family that was caring and had my best needs on high alert. No judgements, no disgrace, ONLY the embrace of ME to better days ahead. From the financial experience it was great and not pressured or stereotyped. DR. SAM and all yhe staff was amazingly helpful, caring and calmed my anxiety and stress through surgery and the following day. My 2 wk check was positive, due to the fact the staff gave me the confidence and experience of all the information I needed. They were to answer all my questions. I highly recommend my staff at Arlington Heights, IL. Oh, they were also very helpful with my husband who was waiting patiently waiting through this.

My dad had his dental implants done at Nuvia Dental Implant Center, and our experience was a positive one. The staff treated him with kindness, patience, and professionalism from the very beginning. They took the time to answer our questions and made sure he felt comfortable throughout the process. Seeing my dad smile confidently again has meant so much to our family. The care he received truly made a difference in his quality of life, and we are grateful for the work the team did. While every person’s experience may be different, ours has been one of compassion, excellent care, and life-changing results.

You have a fantastic staff. I came through the door and your your lady at the desk addressed me by my first name like she's known me for years. That was pretty cool. The man that took me back for exrays knows his shit. He told me in advance step by step what he was going to do. So I didn't have any surprises. Very polite well mannered. Very likeable. I went back to the waiting room and my football star T came out to get me and my cousin was with me so she came back too. T explained everything in great detail. T is pretty awesome. He made me and ny cousin relax. No pressure. Then he talked to someone and came back. He showed us the exrays of my mouth. It was weird looking at that. He tried to get me financed which I knew I wouldn't get. He didn't disrespect me because of my low credit score. You've got a fantastic team. I want to thank you for inviting me out. It was a great ride and I was able to enjoy quality time with my cousin. Man were in Chicago. Thank you so much for everything.

I wish I could give 0 stars. absolutely do not recommend Nuvia. The process started off fine, but has quickly turned into a nightmare. We paid for my husbands upper teeth in full more than $20,000 and scheduled surgery for March 31st. He had the surgery, went back April 1st for the temporary teeth. the teeth are huge and way too big for his mouth but we know they are not permanent. he went for the 2 week Follow up and everything was still running according to plan. He was then instructed to come back August 3rd for his permanent teeth. The end of June rolls around and he ends up in the hospital for a week with Cavitary pneumonia caused from aspirating during or shortly after the surgery. he is still on antibiotics and has been for 5 weeks. August 3rd comes and he goes for his appointment, the dental center had no records of him, no appointment scheduled and no care plan for him at all. the front desk lady said its her first day so she doesn't know what to do, the manager said she will call him by the end of the day that they will look into it. no one ever called. August 4th the manager calls around 4:45pm shortly before they close and says they still don't know and will look into it, she said let me call you back and it is now 6pm and still has not called back. this is unacceptable. I want answers. Where are my husbands permanent teeth, what is the plan moving forward. You need to fix your mistakes. How do you lose the treatment plan for someone who has been to your office for appointments more than 5 times. I genuinely do not understand how this could happen.

Without hesitation I recommend this business 💯%. I went for a consolation on a Monday and that Friday, the new improved Hollywood smile me drove home. The reactions I got from friends and family were unforgettable. The entire process was performed to a pro level. They didn't miss a beat. I thank them forever. They deserve the 5 star rating. Thank you, over and over er and over!
