When you first walk in the 2 lovely representatives greet you and make you feel at ease when most would be feeling uncomfortable in this type of situation. Registration is easy and then I was seen promptly by a friendly and professional gentleman who performed my scans, vital signs and current visual records of my intake part of the registration. These first two stages were quick (10-15 min)and easy due to the way their appointments are set up with you being the only patient during that time slot. Afterwards Ian escorted me to a private consultation room to understand what I'm hoping to achieve from this difficult decision I'm making. While we're discussing the reasons why I'm here, the doctor was reviewing my X Rays to determine if I'm a viable candidate. I will definitely say the staff at my visit operates in an effective and efficient manner. Once Ian was provided the status of my results, he proceeds with the financial aspect of the procedure. He presents multiple options that are available so you can decide which works best for your financial situation so you feel at ease in making this life changing decision. Overall a very enjoyable consultation and I only wish I would've been able to mention the names of the awesome staff in the initial intake, they helped pave the way for my "Best Ever" medical appointment. Nuvia is a 5 star experience!! Do not hesitate to utilize their implant surgery Center. The staff are all very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They are always willing and able to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I worked with Samantha at the front desk, as well as Megan. Both were great. Samantha, the Dental Assistant, was awesome and so helpful. Karen, the CRNA, put me at ease before she put me to sleep. Great anesthesia experience!! No post-op issues!! All the dentists and other staff I encountered were amazing, but I’m not great with names. Sorry if I didn’t mention you, but know you were all wonderful!! Thanks for everything!!

The receptionists are very friendly. The office is immaculate. The process is easy and comfortable. Ian answered all my questions without any high pressure sales pitch.
Even if you end up not getting the service, I recommend listening to the presentations.
