Such a great place, all of the staff are so kind and honest. With my situation my teeth were still on the healthier side of the spectrum and instead of just trying to get my money and business from me Amber the consultant told me her honest opinion and advice and even gave me a referral to go for help. She still did my full consultation just in case I go to the referral and they tell me to come back here for some reason but i honestly was just completely amazed with the pure honesty guidance and kindness from everyone here at Nuvia. I completely recommend going in for a consultation!

The people are fantastic here . The process was smooth and easy. I however wasn’t a candidate but I know if I was I’d truly be in good hands. If your smile is gone and you want quality of change then Nuvia is definitely the place to go.

What a great experience! From the first phone call to set an appointment with McKayla to my meeting with Amber my experience has been great! Just sitting in the lobby and seeing/hearing the interaction between the staff to my meeting with Amber and Dr. Will, every aspect of my visit has been great! I’m very pleased that I chose NUVIA! I highly recommend NUVIA.

The most fabulous experience at Nuvia in Keller, TX! From excellent communication to office staff to nurses and doctors, everything was perfect! Followed instructions and had minimal pain (really just discomfort). I’m so grateful for all the caring employees!! Definitely recommend A++++++

The overall process with Nuvia has been smooth, and everyone we interacted with was friendly, patient, and professional. We truly appreciated how welcoming the team was each time we came in.
Our only concern is with the surgical clearance process. At our smile appointment, several staff members examined my partner, and the final exam was done by the dentist who approved the surgery. He mentioned that my partner’s gums were a bit swollen and that healing might take a little longer, but nothing suggested the surgery needed to be postponed.
When we returned on the actual day of surgery, the surgeon had concerns about the gums and decided we needed a second opinion before moving forward. We completely understand wanting to be safe and thorough — that part is appreciated. The issue is that if the surgeon had examined the gums earlier, we could have gotten that second opinion before the surgery date. That would have prevented the last‑minute cancellation and avoided us having to continue making payments on a loan for a procedure that didn’t happen yet.
We still value the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, but we hope the pre‑surgery review process becomes more consistent so patients don’t experience unexpected cancellations.
