I was excited today to have my first appointment that should be the beginning of my new life at NUVIA Dental Implant Center in Fullerton, Ca. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the receptionist FREEANN, She was completely slammed at the front desk with patients demanding attention, but she never missed a phone call. I never left anyone unacknowledged for even five minutes. I was watching her work and how she handled herself and her energy and her positive vibe her professionalism and personalism were extravagant She never faltered I wanted to complement her Personally and ask her how long she’s been working here because it looks like she’s been working here for many many years come to find out she has worked here for two weeks SHE NEVER missed a beat. If I was still in business I would still hear from this office!!
ABBY OH Abby, The short amount of time I spent with Abby the young lady that did my scan, and my vitals turned into something where we felt like we were friends outside. She made me feel so comfortable and open she was professional and personal. She was attentive and performed her job exquisitely. Abby made me feel so comfortable she made me feel like I wasn’t being judged for my teeth. Abby is an asset to Nuvia dental.
JENNIFER Consultant. I don’t know how much more I can say about this office, but my consultant had me joyfully laughing and joyfully crying. She listened to my story and I feel as though she felt my pain. She felt the agony that I go through every day because of my mouth, she was very informative explained everything in detail and again very professional and very personable. Jennifer’s consultation and her professionalism had made me decide that the minute she told me I was a candidate for my surgery. I made the decision that I wouldn’t have it done anywhere else. And again she made me feel like I was just one of the Nuvia family. A
CHI general manager. I spoke with Chithe general manager because I wanted to make sure she’s aware of how wonderful her staff is, and the way she was running in the office and her intention to detail and willingness to interact with patients openly was refreshing having the general manager in the open reception area, rather than tucked away in an office at Nubia Dental makes all the difference in the world.
So as a whole NUVIA DENTAL IS YOUR NUMBER ONE GO TO FOR YOUR FULL MOUTH DENTAL NEEDS. i’ll keep y’all updated on my progress so in closing

This was one of the most memorable procedures I have endured. The staff was great especially Renee, Maria and Eddie plus the Doctors. I would recommend Nuvia to anyone that wants dental implants. You are treated like their #1 patient. Thank you all at Nuvia and you will definitely be recommended to my friends and family!!!!! GREAT JOB AND COMPANY!!!! Keep up the great work.

Updated: I just want to reiterate on my experience at Nuvia dental implant center Renee the treatment coordinator if it wasn’t for her I would’ve never gotten these implants ever so I shout out to her and much appreciation.🙏🏼❤️
I am so so happy with everything that happened at Nuvia. My teeth are perfect.
That is much pain as I thought I was gonna have and I appreciate everyone here. Thank you so much Eddie and Dr. Leone. You gave me my life back.

I have a wonderful smile and my life back thanks to Nuvia! Dr. Oyama was great. He was patient and listened to and addressed any and all concerns. All the nurses and personal here such as Angel and Liz were excellent. Each time I called they treated me like a friend and not just a patient which was very comforting after surgery. As for my new teeth, I couldn’t be more happier! They feel and look great! I now go out in public and talk to people again with confidence and not hiding my mouth. I recommend Nuvia to anyone who is looking to take back their life and regain their confidence with the right crew!
