Everyone was amazing! The staff was absolutely phenomenal from the beginning of my call until the end of my appointment same day that they were able to fit me in! This establishments customer service was absolutely one of the best I’ve had in forever! I couldn’t be happier with their service and how they walked me through step-by-step the entire process from beginning to end repeatedly even with my many questions and concerns this center make you feel right at home. From their approach when working one on one and truly listening to you which is extremely difficult to find nowadays in the medical field with patients to the very comfort of patients even offering coffee and water easily accessible in the lobby. Very thankful for the experience would recommend highly to my loved ones especially the older folks because they’re extremely patient and graceful throughout the process.

Dr. Alex Jelicich, DMD, is a prosthodontist who completed his undergraduate education at MIT and earned his dental degree and prosthodontics certificate from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
