Dear Oak Creek Dental Team,
I am writing to share my wonderful experience at your office. The entire staff was fantastic, and I want to specifically mention Dr. Haley, Mallory, and Brittany. They made me feel as though we have known each other for years, starting from the moment I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile at check-in which I think was Katelyn and Brooke.
Your office provides a very clean, modern, and welcoming environment, and I was impressed by the up-to-date technology used for diagnostics. The staff are clearly highly qualified and experienced, and they provided me with a truly positive and compassionate experience.

Great experience for my 1st visit.
New to the area and developed a toothache. I was able to get a timely appointment. I chose to purchase the plan offered by the practice and was able to have my cleaning, x-rays, and a very thorough exam on the same visit.
Mallory was amazing, she is upbeat and is a very knowledgebale and gentle hygienist. Dr. Ross was wonderful as well. He was patient and helped me develop a plan to replace some old fillings.
Both were considerate of my medical history.
I have had many dentist over the years including 2 friends that are dentist and I can say this was the most in depth evaluation I have ever had.
I highly recommend this practice.

I don't know where to begin. I saw Dr Ross Williams for the first time today. He and his staff went above and beyond to help me. He showed me Xrays of my teeth today, like nothing I had seen before. I went in today to get.a crown put on that had come off just before Christmas last year. My dentist had retired, so I had reached out to two other dentist to get this crown put on, both of them told me that it couldn't be done, they would have to make me a new crown, and each one quoted me a hefty price to do it. Needless to say how happy I was when Dr Williams put my crown on, and he further impressed me when he didn't try and sell me on the idea of him making me a new crown. Dr Ross Williams is a straight shooter. He took the time to show me exactly step by step what condition my teeth were in and discussed with me what options I had, and who I might want to consult with. I have never had any dentist go to such length to help me. After seventy years, and fifty thousand dollars later it's great to find a dentist like Dr Ross Williams!!

I had to change dentists due to insurance reasons, and was very nervous about going to a new dental office. Upon walking into the office, the staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable. My dental hygienist, Mallory Cunningham greeted me with a warm smile, and made me feel at ease. She was very thorough and explained everything well. I had a cavity, and Dr Ross Williams was phenomenal and made sure I was numb and comfortable before starting. Dr Williams assistant, was excellent as well, and kept asking if I was doing okay during the process. I was truly amazed and have never been to a practice this wonderful before. If you are looking for a dentist, you will definitely not be disappointed.

I haven't been to a dentist in a hot minute, but I absolutely recommend Oak Creek Family Dental! Friendly, welcoming staff, great service, nonjudgmental, very helpful. Ross & Amanda were fantastic! Thank you guys for making us feel welcome & comfortable.

Oak Creek Family Dental is a family dental practice at 1900 Farm to Market Road 195 in Paris, Texas, welcoming patients of all ages. The practice has been making smiles since 2016 and offers a broad range of general dentistry, including cleanings and prevention, fillings, tooth extractions, crowns, bridges and veneers, dentures and partials, custom night guards, periodontal (gum) therapy, and teeth whitening. For patients missing one or more teeth, the practice provides dental implant placement, describing implants as a natural-looking, long-lasting replacement that does not affect the surrounding teeth. According to the practice, implants can replace a single tooth or multiple teeth, or support full-arch restorations, and the process moves from consultation through implant placement, healing, a custom crown, bridge, or denture, and follow-up care.
The team operates on one mantra, do the right thing for the patient, and aims to treat every patient the way they would treat their own family. That includes a thorough, comprehensive exam, intraoral photos so patients can see exactly what the dentist sees, treatment options presented with their pros and cons and without pressure, and upfront clarity about costs and how insurance factors in. The office accepts nearly every insurance plan (but not Medicaid), files claims for patients, and is in network with Cigna, Humana, and MetLife. For those without insurance, an in-house annual membership plan covers cleanings, exams, X-rays, and fluoride and offers 15 percent off other treatments, and CareCredit payment plans are accepted for spreading out the cost of care.
Meet the Doctors
Oak Creek Family Dental is led by Ross M. Williams, DDS, a Paris, Texas native who graduated from the Paris Independent School District, earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Texas Tech University, and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Dr. Williams personally evaluates implant candidates and takes a personalized approach to implant treatment. The clinical team also includes Haley Harrington, DDS, a dentist from Oklahoma with ties to Paris and Lamar County who focuses on comprehensive general dentistry for patients of all ages.
