I had an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, everything was smooth and straightforward. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and patient, which immediately made me feel welcomed and at ease.
Once I was called back, my dentist and his team were outstanding. They were not only extremely knowledgeable, but also super funny and personable. They made me feel completely comfortable the entire time, which says a lot—especially for a routine cleaning! I honestly didn’t expect it to be such a great experience, but they exceeded all expectations.
I highly recommend this office for patients of all ages. If you’re looking for professionalism, kindness, and quality care all in one place, this is it!

My mother has moved to Texas and her insurance recommended Oak Valley Dental Care. We did not know what to expect based on the conflicting reviews.
The front desk ladies, Mary, Kacie, Ysabel were amazing. Mary was very patient and assisted my mom with inputting information on the iPad. Kacie checked my mom out and was very friendly and polite.
The office is very clean and decorated nicely.
Rose was awesome. She took the X-ray’s and explained all the procedures to my mom and showed her the pictures of her teeth and they even took 3D pictures of her teeth. She even asked about follow up dates and had my mom’s follow up appointment scheduled while Renee was examining her teeth.
Renee was phenomenal. She took her time with my mom. She explained the health of her teeth and she engaged in fun and friendly conversations. She was gentle as she examined and cleaned my mom’s teeth.
Dr. A was funny and friendly. He was thorough and a very nice person.
I would highly recommend Oak Valley Dental Care to anyone looking for dental care. I tried to think of something they could improve and I couldn’t think of one single thing.
Thank you all for such a wonderful dental experience!

I had the best experience at Oak Valley Dental Care! The staff was incredibly professional, welcoming, and understanding. I made a last-minute new patient orthodontic appointment, and they were extremely accommodating. This office is truly a hidden gem, and I’m so grateful to have found them.

I'm not even really sure where to begin, The experience from beginning to end has been atrocious, from me calling just to find out if they accepted my insurance, to the experience I had inside of the facility. The woman on the phone was very rude and condescending. I didn't even come for another 2 weeks after I spoke with her because their attitude just rubbed me the wrong way. I finally scheduled the appointment after I got somebody else on the phone and went ahead and came in. Facility was clean on the inside. Looked real nice. I'll give him that, Lady at the front register was not as nice, she seemed real uninterested in being there and doing her job, the other lady behind her, a heavier set woman, now she was a nice lady, about the only person in the whole place I found to be respectful, The nurse seemed irritable or dental assistant. Whoever that is that took me in there to do the x-rays and stuff, The dentist comes in. He's talking trash the entire time to the lady that's helping him to another lady across the hall. They're just carrying on. Like you know, you don't have a patient in front of you. I found that to be a little unbecoming it rubbed me slightly raw, I mean, he's clowning him like he's hanging out with his buddies and he's 18 years old poking fun at his friends. It's not what you would expect from a dentist to his dental assistants, when he decided to do the novocaine he wasn't exactly gentle. He just kind of jammed a needle into my gums and really deep multiple times. Was not soft at all. Didn't ease it in nothing. I mean just bam. As others have complained, he manhandles your jaw. He doesn't attempt to be kind or gentle or concerned about breaking your jaw or anything. He just starts yanking and pulling and tearing your head every which Way until the tooth comes out. Anyway, he used so much novocaine that the back of my throat went numb a feeling I've never had before. So to me it felt like my throat was constricting so I'm trying to sit up. The tooth is already out at this point and instead of letting me sit up this man is putting his hands on me on my chest pushing me down trying to keep me from sitting up but of course that's not going to keep me from sitting up if I want up. Believe you me I'm getting up, as I did. Instead of being understanding of what was happening, the dentist threw a fit and stormed down the hall like a 3-year-old having a tantrum that somebody took his popsicle away from him. I then proceeded to try to apologize to the dental assistant there. The one that he was talking poorly to in front of me almost the entire time I was there because for one I feel embarrassed not just for myself but for her and the dentist I mean he's storming down the hall having a tantrum. This is a grown man who went through medical/dental school. Well then they try to set me up an appointment for stuff I don't need when I already had a plan laid out for what I needed done. I tried to call him there to cancel the appointment that they have scheduled for me today but they can't even be bothered to answer the phone. Would have been a one star but he did get the two teeth out, regardless if he almost ripped my head off in the process 🤷😂

I came in today admittedly stressed and worried — my son is autistic and nonverbal, and dental visits can be overwhelming for him (and me). We’ve been coming to this location since before the new ownership, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. But Dr. O and his team completely exceeded my hopes.
Even though they’re not a pediatric-only practice, they were so patient, kind, and accommodating. The office manager, tech, and imaging assistant were calm and understanding, and Dr. O was incredible — he met my son where he was, worked within his comfort level, and treated him with compassion and respect.
Pain and sensory issues are tough for kids like mine, but this team handled everything beautifully. I left feeling seen, supported, and grateful. Dr. O, your office manager deserves a raise — thank you for helping my boy and for restoring my faith in what great care can look like. Absolutely would recommend them to friends and family.
