Oakwood Family Dentists was a great experience overall. I came in with a dental concern, and instead of trying to upsell me or pressure me into spending unnecessary money, they were honest and advised me to wait until my insurance becomes active. I truly appreciated that level of integrity and fairness. I also love their office hours. Unlike many dental offices that close very early or are unavailable on weekends, they are open during more flexible hours, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, which is extremely convenient for people with busy schedules. Staying open later in the evening as well was another major plus. The front desk staff was kind, professional, and respectful, especially compared to a previous experience I had at another dental office where the staff was very unprofessional and argumentative. Their pricing was also fair. I paid significantly less than I would have at the previous office, and I appreciated that they accepted both cards and cash. Even as the world becomes more digital, some people still primarily use cash, so it was refreshing to see a business remain accessible to everyone. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend Oakwood Family Dentists to others.

I love these guys! They restored my faith in dentistry. I’ve never been afraid of the dentist, but then I had a surgery where they removed all my wisdom teeth at the same time at a different dentist office and this amazing dentist here corrected and fixed the issues caused by the previous dentist and assured me that the care plan that they had created was going to help resolve these issues. I’m so happy I found them and that they could help me no longer be afraid of the dentist. If you are afraid or had a bad experience, I say come to them. They will restore that faith for you as well. I’m sure! I will definitely be coming here.

Incredible work by the staff and they were able to get me in on a Sunday for a last minute extraction while my other dentist had me wait for weeks. Highly recommend :)

Staff was very nice. Dentist was good at explaining and checking up during procedure. I was in so much pain & they made sure I didn’t leave in pain. Highly recommend & will be going back.

😡😡😡😡My experience at this dental office was extremely disappointing. The dentist performed my cleaning in a rushed manner, without taking the time to ensure my comfort or provide proper care. During the procedure, my gums were bleeding, and even after I told her I was in pain, she continued without showing any concern. There was also no discussion beforehand about my dental condition or what treatment would be performed. She simply started working without explaining anything and even left during the procedure. incluso en el tiempo que estuvimos ahí otro paciente de al lado estuvo llorando inconsolablemente tanto que pensé en irme de ahí antes de realizarme el tratamiento. I want to make it clear that my comments are directed only toward the dentist. The rest of the staff was friendly and professional, especially the person who took my X-rays, who provided excellent service. Unfortunately, because of the ydentist’s rushed, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude, I would not recommend this office. 🥲🥲🥲
