I was definitely surprised by the way the entire staff in Dr. Beale’s practice welcomed me at my first visit, and it didn’t stop there. They continually strive to provide the best possible experience for everyone that is on their caseload. Who ever thought that I would be happy to go to the oral surgeon, certainly not me, but ever since my first visit, I am happy with positive expectations when I see my oral surgeon. GREAT JOB GUYS

They are so very excellent. I had a particularly bad tooth I waited very long to have it removed. My Beal was able to extract it even after it crumbled and broke. He took the time to make sure I didn’t feel pain and listened to me when I communicated this. The nurse was excellent and answered every nervous and medical nerdy question I had. Second time in 7 years I’ve had a tooth extracted Dr. Beale is who I choose hands down. They made sure I was informed and educated me to the fullest extent. I’m day 4 post extraction and feeling great. What a relief to have compassionate dental care.

Finally a pain free and quick experience. Staff is phenomenal and Dr Beale is superb. I ALWAYS have complications when dealing with my teeth and I’m happy to report day 2 no issues. First day after extraction I had zero pain as well. Can’t thank them enough for helping with my dental anxiety and taking such great care of me.

My mother was a patient of Dr. Beale's until her passing on December 15. The staff consistently treated her with kindness, compassion and understanding. Mandy always came into the waiting room to greet and say kind words to my mother, which made her feel loved and at ease. Dr. Beale expertly managed her oral issues and guided her through oral surgery at Avita Hospital last April. He is an outstanding dentist and a very caring individual. As a family member and caregiver, I was always provided the information and instructions I needed and made to feel included in my mother's treatment. If you are searching for a top-notch oral surgeon who manages an office where everyone is part of the family, then look no further than Oakwood.

I called to set up my boyfriend an appointment at this location for the removal of his wisdom teeth. While i set up this appointment i let them know multiple times that he is not comfortable with having to see a oral surgeon, once he was seen his needs were disregarded. They told him to watch this video on wisdom teeth removal and he got up did not finish the video and proceeded to the front desk. He let the lady working at the desk he did not feel well, he went to waiting room it took 10 minutes or so for someone to check on him. How pathetic for someone to disregard or disrespect someone's medical needs. I would not recommend this place to anyone please seek care some where else.
