Our family has been going to Dr. Gritsiv for years, and we couldn't be happier with the care we've received. Dr. Gritsiv is knowledgeable, personable, and always takes the time to make sure we're informed. The entire office is so kind and welcoming. Dena is an absolute gem and always makes every visit a positive experience. We're so grateful to have such a wonderful dental team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Alec Feliciano! I have always been terrified of going to the dentist, so walking in for three fillings had me extremely anxious. From the moment I arrived, he completely changed my experience. Dr. Feliciano is incredibly charismatic and positive, he shakes my hand every time, which immediately makes you feel welcomed and cared for. Throughout the entire appointment, he walked me through every step, explained exactly what he was doing, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. What impressed me most was how at ease he made me feel. I experienced little to no pain during the procedure. He truly understands how to care for patients who are nervous and turns what could be a stressful visit into a surprisingly calm and positive experience. If you’re someone who fears the dentist like I do, this is absolutely the place to go. Dr. Feliciano is kind, professional, reassuring, and genuinely cares about his patients. I would recommend him to everyone without hesitation!

I had a really positive experience at this office. The staff was welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in, and everything felt clean and well-organized. The dentist took the time to explain what was going on and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit, which I appreciated. I didn’t feel rushed, and they answered all my questions clearly. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free appointment, and I’m grateful for the level of care I received.

I had my first visit experience today and was very well pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. The office is very clean and organised. Everyone was very accommodating. Everything was discussed with me and they took the time to ask what I wanted. I would highly recommend Oakwood Smiles to anyone. They have everything you need and then some. 🤗

The experience was good, Ashley was awesome. They failed to mention to me or my wife that they were out of network with our insurance. They never mentioned anything until after my cleaning and told me I owed over $300. For a cleaning. They also told me they are not in any network, so beware, you will be charged a lot. I have good insurance. The birth of our son costed us $79 total. A cleaning should not have cost me nearly 4x that. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. Hard to believe they actually have such high reviews with such sketchy malpractice
