After scouting out dental offices for a few days, I finally decided on OC Graceful Smiles. The thing that caught my attention was that it seemed to be a Woman lead office and so I felt that I would be most comfortable there and low and behold, I absolutely was! All of the ladies made me feel welcome and comfortable. They offer water, sparkling water, or even coffee before you get started. They get to know you which makes the experience personable. They also make a beneficial dental plan for you that will make you feel at ease that you are getting service there and they talk through everything with you… all of the steps, including the payment process and they work with you. I really enjoyed how I was able to watch Stranger Things on the VR headset while getting my deep cleaning done they make sure that everything is painless and even if you do feel the slightest pain, they make sure to honor your feelings and offer solutions for the pain. Overall, I am happy and satisfied with the service Dr. Patel and her staff provided and MY SMILE! If you choose this dental office, then you will for sure be in good hands!

My son and I are both new patients of Dr. Patel. She has a very friendly and communicative staff. It was easy for us to get appointments right away. I had been searching for a quality dentist after feeling disappointed with my previous provider. Dr Patel uses modern techniques to ensure patient comfort. I appreciate her level of detail and concern during all procedures. I feel very comfortable recommending her services for all of your dental needs.

It recently became neccessary for me to find another dentist and after searching online I came across OC Graceful smiles. I'm very glad that I did. My experience was courteous and professional. Dr. Patel and her entire staff made sure that I was pain free and comfortable. I would highly recommend their services, particularly if you're doubtful or worried about dental related stress.

I had a wonderful experience, the staff is all very friendly. Dentist has great knowledge and gave me wonderful referrals for other services I needed. Exceptional, would recommend to anybody who has even just the slightest amount of dental anxiety. Will be coming back again and again!

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Patel and her team! From the time I called for a same day emergency appointment all the way through the end of the procedure. They were all so kind and I felt like they really truly cared. I feel so much better today And it’s because Dr. Patel really goes above and beyond to not only make us feel comfortable during the procedure, but also took the time to give really detailed proper aftercare Instructions that have made a huge difference. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and her team!
