Ocala Dental Harmony - Dental Implants

I had an implant put in and some other work in Dec. 2024, which was a very long and painful ordeal and I am still not satisfied with it. I have since stopped going to Dr. Nakarmi. Further, I believe I was over charged for some of the work he did as well as I paid $500.00 for a partial denture I never received. I have sent 2 letters to Dr. Nakarmi asking for a refund of the $500.00 there was no response from him or anyone from his office. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Dept Agriculture, which handles business complaints. I intend to file a complaint with the Florida Board of Dentistry. I believe between the billing issues, meaning being over-charged and his care and treatment not being very good, please consider another dentist.

I was very happy with the treatment I received from the staff at Harmony Dental. Courtesy, professionalism, and effectiveness: the results were better than I expected. I would recommend Dr. Nakarmi to anyone in need of a very good dentist. Joseph F.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Ocala Dental Harmony. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a calming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. I’ve always been a little nervous about dental visits, but every single staff member went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. The team is incredibly professional and they took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, making sure I understood and felt confident with the treatment plan. When it came time for the actual work on my teeth, they were so gentle and attentive, I truly felt like I was in the best hands. My smile has never looked better, and it’s all thanks to their incredible skill, precision, and dedication to quality care. I would recommend them a thousand times over!

I can’t say enough great things about my visit to Ocala Dental Harmony! From the moment I walked in, Alana greeted me with the warmest smile and genuine kindness that immediately put me at ease. She’s professional, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure every patient feels welcome and cared for. Michelle is just as incredible—knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about what she does. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable during my entire visit. Her gentle and skilled approach made a normally nerve-wracking appointment feel like a breeze. Together, Alana and Michelle are a powerhouse team. Their positive energy, compassion, and commitment to excellence make Ocala Dental Harmony feel less like a clinic and more like a place where you’re truly valued.

Ocala Dental Harmony took such amazing care of me! Emily gave me such a warm welcome and from the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The doctors were gentle, professional, and truly listened to my concerns. I’m beyond happy with my results and so grateful I found a place that genuinely cares about their patients.
