Cannot begin to relate how smooth, efficient and pleasurable this experience was. Strange adjectives to associate with a tooth extraction, I realize, but it is true. Every concern I had about my procedure was addressed professionally and with the utmost in honesty and empathy. I would return gladly, I just hope I never need to. I was even contacted the next day to assess my post procedural needs/questions.
I thank you for taking such good care of me and please, continue making people comfortable and cared for.

In a world where it’s hard to find someone that cares about the whole person, and values their ,concerns, feelings and time restraints and doesn’t just treat them as a # or a $, it is amazingly refreshing to deal with Dr.Mc Donald and his expertly picked staff. Dr. McDonald is a “super dentist” in his chosen field and is gifts well….while also having compassion for his patients….
It is a pleasant experience from the first phone call to the finished event and even better if you have to repeat it, I highly recommend him. You won’t be disappointed! ….

I had four teeth extracted by Dr. Thomas James McDonald III, DMD, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. He’s a great doctor—knowledgeable, calm, and reassuring. The staff was equally great: friendly, efficient, and very supportive. Highly recommend this office!

From making my first appointment to the courtesy call the next day it was a great experience. Dr Thomas Mcdonald was amazing. He explained everything he was going to do in the tooth extraction and what i could experience after.
The staff is amazing and caring!
I highly recommend calling Ocean County Oral and Maxillofacial when you have that need.

From the moment my anxiety-driven self sat down with Dr. MacDonald I knew I was in great hands. He has such an easy-going and friendly personality that instantly put my nerves at ease. Like anyone would, I pray not to need any more oral surgery in future, but he 10000% will be my go-to guy and recommendation for anyone in need an oral surgeon!

He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, certified in 2018, and the practice states he has been practicing in Ocean County for the last ten years.
