Both my children actually enjoy visitin the dentist since becoming patients at this location. The staff is professional, friendly, & patient. Alyson is an excellent manager. Since her arrival the environment has been more positive & every employee seems very happy to work there.

I don’t know how this place stays in business, or how it can call itself a real dental office after what happened. First, the office is dirty in a way that makes you question wanting to be there in the first place. However, the biggest issue is that they really are trying to rip people off. I’m someone who has never had a cavity before or any teeth issues. I went to Ocean Dental for a cleaning, where they cleaned my teeth for about two minutes and then took unnecessary, poor-quality X-rays. Immediately afterward, they told me I was in significant pain and needed two major root canals. I was in no pain whatsoever, and the dentist grabbed my hand and stuck it in my mouth. The dentist wouldn’t answer any of my questions, handed me a $3,000 bill, and told me to make an appointment for the root canals ASAP. I didn’t trust anything he was saying, so I went to another dentist a month later, who found nothing wrong with my teeth. That other dentist attempted to contact Ocean Dental about the X-rays they had taken, but couldn't get a hold of anyone there. Their “corporate office” down the street also recently became a hotel. Before you set foot in this place, I suggest doing just a slight amount of research, and you’ll find out the handful of awful things Ocean Dental has done.

I am a new patient, and just let me tell you! These people are amazing! They are such a breath of fresh air! From the receptionist Dillon to the Dentist Dr. Andrew's, and Krista, Tabitha and anyone I forgot to mention. The care I received is top notch! I would highly recommend!

They set me up with an emergency appointment because I'm in intense pain due to infection, then turned me away at the desk because they could not find my member ID #. Only tried to call me one time before I arrived and did not send an email or text although I did get the appt confirmation text. I offered to jump online and get the member ID # but they said it will take at least 24 hours to verify it. I've got a fever, I'm in intense pain, and I haven't slept for 2 nights. I though relief was coming, but no... Just know this clinic is NOT going to go to any extra trouble for you. I went to Perkins Dental Group on a friend's recommendation and they DID go to the trouble to help me.

The dentist is very kind. The hygienists are all sweet and understanding. They have been happy to take the time to educate me when I ask questions, and never put you down.
