So glad we found this office after going to two other offices in town that were recommending procedures not covered by insurance.
Dr. Mcaninch extracted four wisdom teeth the same day . There were no complications like dry socket. He provided great instructions for healthy healing post surgery. The office staff was great with scheduling. There were no issues with billing our insurance and all procedures recommended were covered by insurance.
We will be going back for our son’s wisdom teeth removal in the future.
Thank you.

Arrogant group. Came highly recommended. Do not yet know the results of the surgery, but I am upset because they ask for payment in full before the surgery.
Very arrogant and unprofessional way of doing business. Their staff says this protects the doctors from people who make appointments but do not show up.
BooHoo.BooHoo.. That is the cost of doing business. There is a risk inherent in being in business. You want a deposit, fine. But full payment?? What happens if something goes wrong? The customer has no recourse to get the doctor to fix it. I am a self employed consultant in agriculture. I bill per acre per month. But I bill at the end of the month after the service is provided. This way, if a customer is not happy with the services it results in a conversation. If the problem cannot be resolved, I lose the fee. That is my way of backing up my word that I will always provide the top of the line service and if my customers disagree, they do not pay me. Creates a tight bond with my customers and high degree of trust. The trust is extremely important because the total value of the crops I consult on is over $100,000,000. These doctors have just created an environment of mistrust and i guarantee this, not only will i never become a repeat customer, I will never recommend them to another person.
You want a deposit, fine.
Payment in full before service is a red flag and perfectly demonstrates the arrogance inherent our medical industry in this day and age. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!

Ocean and Dr. Lanzon get my top recommendation. I was super nervous about this rear molar tooth extraction. I shouldn’t have been. I have had routine dental cleanings that hurt more than this. They got the medication just right, and worked so smoothly on that tooth that I was feeling fine by the end of the day. The little bleeding that I had stopped within a few hours. There wasn’t any swelling. I took the recommended aspirin the next day, even though I felt that I didn’t need it. A miracle? Maybe. Maybe I was just lucky. No surgeon can create miracles. But a good surgeon backed by a great surgical team can certainly turn lucky into something that feels like a miracle.

100% wonderful! I was having a dental crisis because I kept putting off care I knew I needed. Donna called me back so fast and emailed me the paperwork immediately so we could just get rolling! The office manager approved for me to come in right away! I am visiting in town and couldn't find any appointments for 2 more days! My friend had a really, really old coupon sitting in a drawer and they honored it! I drove in and Dr. McAninch saw me right away! Angela, the dental assistant was incredibly gentle and sweet and talked me through the entire appointment, even holding my hand at one point. I had to have an extraction and the tooth was infected! Dr. McAninch made sure I was numbed up and comfortable as much as possible. Thank you Ocean for taking such great care of me when I failed to take care of myself.

Dr Rivera is very skilled from extraction to the implant. Dr Rivera made me feel comfortable about the procedure and I had no pain during or after the procedure. His office explains the work to be done and your financial obligation. Thank you Dr Rivera and Ocean staff for an A+ experience.
